   Hello everyone. I never thought I would be doing this. I choose this company because of the reviews. Boy was I wrong. The guys called and showed up on time. It was all downhill from there. I was basically moving a one bedroom apartment. The second bedroom I turned into a office/mancave. I move myself ago year with a UHAUL and and handcart. They forgot so many things that I ended up moving myself in my own vehicle. I told young man he had forgot some stuff. He told me he would be right back. I look out of window and see them pulling off. I just purchased a brand new house. A crowning moment for anyone. When I got there I instructed them were to put everything. Instead of taking the legs off of couch and loveseat they tried force it into the room. I told gentleman to take legs off the loveseat. You see the couch wouldn’t fit with legs. They try to force it in and damage my brand new house. Once they left I call the office to get the claim department #. It’s not in the contract like the gentleman told me. Someone picks up, I explain to him what happens. He tells me they are going transfer my call. I ask for the claims # incase we get disconnected. He replies he can’t hear me and puts me on hold. I stay on hold for 30 minutes and nobody picks back up. The contract states submit a written claim before 90 days. I submit two emails. I’m not holding my breath anyone is going call me back. 1400.00 down the drain. I just want them to fix my door and door jam. How unprofessional are you to just leave screws out of bed. Just throw them under the bed and leave. Put box spring and mattress on like nothing is wrong. I’m not one to hoover when someone is working. They were suppose to be professional. I wish I had. Do not recommend. Hopefully I get some type of resolution.

   ALL MY SONS has the most amazing customer service in the business! From the quick call back, friendly over the phone experience w/El Paso’s local manager getting the appointment all set up & sending over Cristian R., Sam & Luis! They did a phenomenal job taking care of my furniture while moving me from an apartment to a house! They were friendly, kind, fast and made me feel super comfortable with the entire process! Thanks guys, I value and appreciate your business!

   Outstanding work at moving my family of 7 in such short notice! Marcos, Joaquin, Leo and Junior were the most professional team and assisted our family in a move that was absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend using All My sons ELPASO for all of your families needs!!!!

   Do not use them. I had used this company twice in the past with good results, so I felt safe using them again for a move from one house to another house. I called for the quote and everything sounded great. They reassured me that they used professionals and the price seemed reasonable (still expensive). I thought I would save some time but prewrapping drawers and other belongings in plastic wrap. As they were loading the washer, it was only one worker working on it. They pulled it along the back and down the driveway where I was loading my personal truck. I offered to move the truck but the man stated that it was ok and not necessary. He proceeded to attempt to dolly it over some rock and it eventually fell onto its side. This is a heavy washer and the pedestal was destroyed under the weight of the washer, the drain access door was broken, and the side of the washer was scratched. I was upset but didn’t take it out on the gentleman as mistakes happen. I informed them that I would be making a claim and a worker stated that we needed to wrap all belongings in blankets to make a claim. I told that that I want them to do this even though it would add extra time. They did not.
   Upon delivery of my stuff, they had me sign the final charge and invoice which turned out to be approximately 50% more than they had quoted me over the phone. I questioned this and they explained that the initial quote is only a QUOTE and estimate. They had made it sound like the fees were included in the initial price. It is very misleading so just know when price shopping, they will eventually charge you close to 50% more than the price the national number gives you over the phone.
   Upon trying to make the claim, I filled out paperwork and prices for items. I included pictures as well. I was being reasonable by expecting them to pay for my pedestal as the only reason it was destroyed was because of the employees carelessness and disregard for safety protocol (should have been two guys and he should not have attempted to dolly it over rock). I didn’t ask for compensation for the scratched washer but did include a price for the drain door.
   What they don’t tell you, is that they have a max liability which they state at 60 cents per pound for damage to items. They finally agreed to pay only 100 dollars for well over 400 dollars worth of damage. I made several calls to supervisors but they all were very nonchalant about it and didn’t seem to care. I also called the local supervisor who seemed to care and made a promise to call corporate and try to get me more money but he never even had the decency to call me back.
   In short, do not use them. Go with someone else and watch these guys like a hawk.

   Larry Zac & Luke did an incredible professional job and finished the time line they gave me I would recommend these professionals any time
