- Reviews:So, this is my second time with Roto-rooter. Three stars for their professional and clean work. Just this time, I feel alittle different. I didnot get to see the receipt that they charge me for the part. And for the the new valve that they install for me, it not go all the way in with the pipe. They said it is okay to put it like that. It is not a big deal. Instead they told me if there is something wrong with the valve, it hav warranty and call whoever to come and see. I hope it is true. Because when they took the old one off, it pretty tight that they have to use some strength to take it out. I paid the full cost cus I expect the work to be done well. And it is not cheap. It is very expensive. Almost 500 bucks for this morning. This update is to be an overall honest view to show what was good and not so good. Originally, I left a bad review for being overpriced and charged me double the labor fee for having 2 technicians out rather than 1, as well as showed up 2 hours past my scheduled time and was charged a large fee for a small amount and short period of work done. Afterwards I called and disputed the charges with a manager and while I was suppose to hear a response within a day, I had to call multiple times, weeks a part, just to try to find out what was going on with the review of my charges. It took over a month to just get a response and finally the matter was resolved and they refunded the amount for the double charge. So I’m updating the review to be better for not only having the financial issue resolved but also for the work (all the small) was performed well and the issues were fixed. The technicians that came out were very nice and informative. They also properly diagnosed the issues and did not perform excessive work. Lastly, the final individual who reached out to me to solve the financial concerns was very nice and had it resolved quickly. Ultimately, positives were the work performed and fixed the issues, courteous and informative employees, and resolved the double cost charges. Negatives were not on time, the amount of time it took to resolve a simple error in cost, and still feel it was a high cost for some small quick issues that were resolved. After one load of laundry the drain backed up and the overflowing water soaked the floor. The water eventually subsided and I cleaned the area thinking it was just a slow moving drain. The next morning after starting a second load it was apparent we had a bigger problem (and definitely not the stuff you want floating in your basement). I had scheduled an appointment with Roto-rooter already for Monday morning, but decided to call in hopes someone could come out the same day on Sunday. Michael was at our house within in an hour! - Reviews:We had a cracked tile in a 100-year-old house we own. Sewage was backing up. The only fix was to excavate and replace about 12 feet of sewage pipe. Apex matched the best bid we had for the work and were able to schedule the work much more quickly than we’d expected. The crew was friendly and professional and did a great job. They apologized for the experience I had did everything they could to help me, and for a company to keep their word, it goes a long way with customer base. To that I give them five stars. Unfortunately to repair flange I had to pay $553 with the country having high inflation I understand their prices. I work for an apartment complex located on the west side Columbus. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Apex Pros. Customer Service was excellent. Called in got an appointment right away. The technician that was assigned to my job was named Jason Martinez. First he gave me 3 different quotes of $553, $989, $4216. To repair the toilet flange $553, replace $989 and remove and replace the concrete floor $4216. He cut the plastic flange in two pieces and put a $12 metal repair kit on top. He did not have any supply with him. He bought the supply from the local Home Depot on broad street. He was very unprofessional, while on the job her answered his phone and made plans and cursed in front of the resident repeatedly use foul language. Did not finish the job and had to come back next morning said he would be back at 8am. Returned in the morning an hour late at 9 am and proceed to tell me he’s a licensed professional, and he knows what he’s doing and I have no idea what it takes to be a plumber. Being a maintenance man for the property I did not one time question his expertise level. Overall my tech was not good at all. I changed the flange myself and fixed the problem myself. Dusty was always quick to make it right by me and as fast as he could. I really appreciated the focus on doing it right opposed to just getting it done and moving on. Very quick, came next day after calling after hours on the previous day for replacement of our 26 year old water heater.
Dalton did a great job with the installation and reviewing the new water heater features. He was efficient, polite, and did a great job as the lone installer.

Rob was so awesome. Very friendly and professional. The entire team at Eco Plumbers were professional, friendly, and timely. Rob was so nice and and helpful. He cleared the initial backup and called in more crew members to help. He waited 45 minutes just talking with my son and I while he waited for more members to come with additional machines to clear what ended up being tree roots blocking the pipes. One of the tree roots being 4 feet long. All of the team takes customer service serious. And Rob is a kid magnet. My son Sam was talking his ear off. Rob was patient and didn’t mind talking with him.
Everyone who’s been here over the last few weeks to address all my plumbing issues has been amazing. I usually am talked down to by plumbers, or get people with very poor attitudes, but everyone who’s been here has been polite, knowledgeable and has taken the time to explain everything they’re doing or what they recommend. We had someone come out last week to repair a clog but unfortunately ended up needing an entire stack replacement. It was done in a day! They even fixed a poorly done sink drain pipe during the stack replacement.
Also, I like their scheduling texts and arrival updates. It’s been really nice having clear communication on arrival, appointments and cost. Always have had same day service.
Definitely would recommend.

He laid out all information that was needed to move forward which made it easier to choose not only the company but him also do the job solely. My experience with Eco Plumbers today has been wonderful. Mark came out today and did a fantastic job on our clog back up issue. When he arrived he was friendly, respectful, transparent and very professional. I love how he explained every process in full detail that would take place, answered the questions I had and provided assistance on setting up the follow up inspection and explain that process in full detail. If we ever have an issue that goes beyond my husband and I level of knowledge, Eco Plumbers is who we will definitely be calling.
