Billy’s responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building’s gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. That is including permits and inspections. We feel God blessed us by sending Billy to take care of our needs. Call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and ask for Billy.
They showed up early the next morning and completed the job quickly and professionally. My technician Ali was knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced a leaking hose bib outside which included removing and replacing mortar.
My only issue with the company is their pricing. Very expensive I thought. Replacing the hose bib was $420. I asked while he was out could he also install a new kitchen sink we had just bought, but the estimate for labor only was an additional $500. I asked about replacing my two 50ga hot water heaters, $5100. These just seem outrageous, so I’ll shop around more.
Nick Fontenot is very responsible, courteous , and knowledgeable. Nick had given us 3 prices to choose what would be best for my family. Nick ordered the materials and prepared the area so when his crew arrives they would be able to start. The installer Billy Cates and Hunter came with the water heater and parts and began their work Billy and Hunter were very efficient, courteous,fast,and knowledgeable. Billy was helpful and did a very clean and professional job. I will recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing to my family and friends. Very Satisfied.
