We had a leak in the front yard coming from under the driveway. They decided to run a new line to into the garage to the water heater. Bryan came out and diagnosed everything, providing the best estimate of multiple we received. More importantly, he was professional, engaging, and took time to answer all of our questions. The day the work was performed, Cody and Andrew were also professional and friendly, plus very efficient. They were both clearly subject matter experts which made us feel very good about the entire process. We’re very pleased we chose Atlantis and highly recommend them.

Ben was great, very professional and knowledgeable. Trusted him from the beginning. He did a great job. Cleaned up after the service was completed. Very good experience with him. Very bad experience with Darin. Thanks for sending Ben again. Would recommend him to anyone!

I used Atlantis before awhile ago and received great service from Roby. My house was built in the 60’s, so a surprise pops up every now and again. This time I was swapping out dishwasher and water connection from wall started crumbling. Called Atlantis for a survey, came out next day. Of course it ended up needing some galvanized pipe cut out and re routed.? Ben was very knowledgeable, gave me a quote on repair and fix for bathroom sink pipe ( not as bad). Had to wait a few days,he came out today as scheduled and got right to work. Surprise #2 ,was the grease build up trapped in the galvanized pipe from kitchen sink??. No, I don’t pour grease down the drain. Ben explained how this occurs over years of cleaning pots and pans that were used with grease. We could have stopped at that part, since it resolved the initial problem. Ben gave a recommendation to change out the longer piece also and good thing I did! I appreciated Ben’s advice and explanation, he was spot on when I saw the inside. Thank you for the wealth of information to keep my pipes clear. The number for Atlantis stays saved in my phone and magnet on fridge. Highly recommended for plumbing needs.

This company gave me a better price to replace my entire water line than another company I contacted and didn’t tack on a 3% charge for using a card. The estimate also included replacing an outdoor faucet that’s been leaking for years. They were able to give me an estimate the day after I called and started work the following day. The two employees that did the work were awesome! What was supposed to be a one-day job turned into three days after they hit solid rock and had to go through two retaining walls to run the line. They worked very hard and were persistent in making sure they installed it correctly. They also were very professional, friendly and polite and kept apologizing for the job taking so long, even though there was absolutely nothing they could’ve done about it. I was sorry they were having such a difficult time. I definitely will use them again whenever I need a plumber and will recommend them to others.

Wow, Robert Camp was exceptional. He was thoughtful and very detailed. He listened to all of my concerns and gave me a great education on water pressure in residential homes, how everything functions together, and why my water pressure valve and T&P valve needed replacement. He fixed all of the problems that three other plumber caused! I will definitely call Atlanis plumbing for all my future plumbing needs and will only ask for Robert Camp.

Zach and Tobias arrived at my home for an estimate to repair my septic drain field. I scheduled at least six companies for an estimate. Your personnel were the only ones to physically take a look at the circumstances of the project. Upon physically inspecting the project, it was determined that the issue was less problematic than assumed. I want to thank these two gentlemen for assessing the project was less work than what was assumed. After explaining everything I hired your company on the spot. They did a great job. I will not hesitate to call your company when needed.

Had them come out to do a septic pump. Was quoted 250 on the phone. Guy came out and gave me quote for 2600 and said if we didn’t do everything he put in his quote he wouldn’t do any service at all. Completely destroyed the island in my yard digging for my septic. Broke several outdoor lights as well as damaged my irrigation system. Not to mention came out in the rain and drove across the front yard with his tractor leaving tracks both ways in my sod. Left my yard and island both muddy. This company did a great job in the past which is why we called them again but this was a complete nightmare. On top of leaving my yard a wreck in a HOA community. If been 3 weeks trying to get resolved and I keep getting run around. Getting my lawyer to resolve. I don’t know what happened to the customer service with this company but my business with them is DONE!

I am editing my review again and adding a third-star; it would be a 4-5 star review if this was yesterday. The same workers came to the home today, as promised earlier and performed exactly the work we agreed to do….which was pumping both sides of the tank. I chose to keep it simple, nothing additional was discussed and I was charged $199 as agreed; they completed the pump-out in a professional and courteous way. They didn’t clean the effluent filter during all this, which is OK….but I had a hose ready and rinsed it off myself. I am editing my review, adding a star and placing the new information first as a courtesy to the business. As of 8:45 am, Delta Plumbing called me and asked what they could do to make things right. I asked them to pump my system for $199 as originally promised and they agreed. I will update again after the work is done. FALSE ADVERTISING. Delta Plumbing Advertises septic system pumping for $199. On May 10, 2023, I called to verify the price and schedule service. When the workers arrived, dug up the tank and uncovered the access, they quoted me $2200 for work I didn’t ask for. They wanted to change a drain pipe that was functional and install risers that weren’t required. They added a charge of $250 for pumping wipes and toilet paper and stated the $199 was just for pumping liquid. I asked if they would just pump the tank for what was now $449 and they refused. I wasn’t told any of this when I asked during my call with them, wasted several hours and rearranged my day to be home. This entire process was deceptive and dishonest. I have no idea how they got so many 5-star reviews and should have listened to the critical ones because I had the EXACT same bad experience as others have shared. Standby for the same BS reply from Delta Plumbing that they gave others. Do not believe them!!!

Delta Plumbers advertises same day service. Don’t believe it. I scheduled a septic tank maintenance pump-out 4 days ahead of time and they still didn’t show up on the day they were scheduled. On the second day they were scheduled they did show up….. late. If you value your time, I’d suggest another company. On the phone I was quoted the same $199 price that is advertised on their website assuming a 1,000 gallon tank- the standard for a 3 bedroom home (which I have). But once they got to my home, Dylan refused to sign any agreement saying what they were going to do or how much it was going to cost. Having spent 15 years as a landlord and home renovator I have a fairly significant amount of experience with contractors and tradesmen. You can be reasonably sure if someone won’t put in writing what they are going to do and the price they will charge for that work, you are probably about to be screwed. I can also say they almost certainly they were going to try and twist my arm in an effort to get me to buy other services. I know this because it likely costs them between .15 and .20 per gallon to dump septic waste for processing. That means it likely costs them between $150 and $200 to dump the contents of a 1,000 gallon septic tank… unless they spray it as they drive down a back road, which is against the law. I told them they could leave if they were not willing to put into writing an agreement that would protect both of us. They refused. I told them to leave. As a result of many hard lessons in dealing with contractors and tradesmen I can usually see when things are probably going to go south before they do. For those of you who do not have that experience, you are welcome follow my advice. The agreement you make is only worth the paper and ink used to make sure all people involved are in agreement. If you don’t believe me, just read through the horror-story reviews others have posted, especially when calling Delta Plumbers for septic tank issues.

This company managed to charge almost 4000.00 for clean septic which I paid 500.00 2 years previous. Told me they were doing all this stuff so it would last longer. They have been to my house twice and less than a year and they told me how 2 open it up and clean. it out myself. Don’t know one else in my neighborhood has to go in the set of tank and clean it out my hand Don’t know one else in my neighborhood has to go in there said the tank and clean it out my hand.

  1. Nick came out and inspected my home. I called Roto Rooter at 8:57, whom stated someone would be at my home in 90 minutes. Nick showed up within 25 minutes!! I had to reschedule because I ran out of time. He was on time and found the source of my leak. Not only did he find the source – he found multiple leaks. He was very thorough. He made the mess and cleaned it after. If you need or have plumbing issues call Roto Rooter and ask for Nick. He’s AMAZING!! Looking forward to him finishing the job! Thanks Nick!

  2. I had a water leak in my property. Emanuel came to assist. He was puntual and professional and explained the repair and details of the work. He also checked the water tank in the crawling space and advised me of the decay and need to change it. I am happy for his professionalism. Once I get the money, I’ll repair the water tank

  3. Russell Brown was my grandmother’s technician and was absolutely amazing! He came in and inspected the areas that needed to be fixed and then went over the different ways he could fix the plumbing issues. He fixed the issues in no time and made sure everything was fixed perfectly. I loved how he sat us both down and went over the issue, how he fixed it, and how to prevent it from happening again. He also gave my grandmother pointers of next steps for her septic tank. He was a very respectful and knowledgeable young man. Will request him in the future if services are needed again.

  4. Marc was AWESOME!! We will definitely be using this company from now on. We had a toilet issue. They were out to our home in about 45 minutes from the time we called. Marc worked diligently to fix the problem…and he walked us through what he was doing. A+ professionalism.
