The front desk is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. However, wanted notary service and because my membership has expired 3 days ago ( in renewal period ) and I’m planning to renew but not in CA as I don’t live here any longer ( no national data base ) I was declined . Hardly ever made use of membership services while paying for the most comprehensive and having two people on their account for 20 plus years ..

Badd customer service who ever the girl is working at the front desk when you walk in needs to get fired I was coming in to get my tags and she was just giving me the run around that I gotta have this and that to get my tags and I’m a AAA CARD HOLDER DIDN’T APPRECIATE HER ATTITUDE AT ALL SO I END UP LEAVING AND GETTING MY TAGS ONLINE ??♂️??♂️??♂️????AND I GOT MY TAGS BEFORE IN PASADENA AAA AND HAD NO PROBLEM THERE
This review goes for the entire AAA Southern California chain: My insurance renewal jumped $133! Last year it was $352; now it’s $485. This is only for liability insurance, and I have no accidents, tickets, or anything negative on my driver record. This is UNACCEPTABLE. The largest increase I’ve ever seen, and I’m 39 years old. None of this makes any sense. I swear, when I turn 40 in less than a year, I BETTER see a reduction. Common sense says that the older you get, and the older your car gets, the cheaper your insurance gets. Are we living in the twilight zone?
As a AAA member, the services offered at this location are numerous. I was able to get TSA PRECHECK here when they had a special event.
I use AAA to easily renew my car license plate stickers. They give you the stickers immediately upon payment to the DMV.
The other convenience for me is the travel agents on staff. I find it daunting to navigate airline and hotel choices myself. I just don’t like doing that at all. The agents on staff are experts and can quickly and easily check flights and hotels and set up an itinerary for all types of domestic and international travel.
I’m been assigned to a claims rep at this office name Micheal McMullin for an auto accident and I’ve reached out to him 5 times, two times by email and 3 by phone and he’s has yet to return my call. My accident took place feb 28th and I am still trying to resolve my claim with them. I’ve always heard great things about AAA, it’s terrible to experience the complete opposite.
