Really disappointed to see the plants dead/dying outside the store. Not a very nice welcome. The amount of Tesco workers that go in and out of the store if a customer noticed it surely one them could have ☹️ what a waste of money! Everything’s going up in store yet Tescos can waste money this way. Shame on you

Sewage flooding corridor and into Costa being tracked all over store as people walk through it and nobody has common sense to mop or deal with it just keep repeating that waiting for it to be mended toilets out of action months now though ‘customers’ who constantly vandalise toilets don’t help. This is now a food hygiene issue as sewage being tracked through store so will contact environmental health having been fobed off by head office who don’t see the problem

Gone downhill since Covid. Shelves not filled up. Cannot be guaranteed to get what you want anymore. Also meat, deli and most importantly fish counter gone, a great loss. Fish selection not good anymore. Also huge trolleys left in middle of aisles at busy times with hardly any space to get passed. Do not like the pharmacy here. If you ask for something behind the counter, which you are legally allowed to buy without prescription, you will be very lucky if they let you have it!!!! Not a very helpful pharmacist (I am talking about 1 man in particular) though haven’t seen him lately, so hopefully he has left. On a plus side, the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Visited early in the morning. Fast and convenient with a Costa coffee shop, Tesco petrol and car wash. Also close to the Wessex Hospital.

went to tesco brooklands. always use the hand scanner so just need to scan to the checkout and pay usually no problem however the scan and the trolley self checkout use the same machines so now I have to queue. wouldn’t it be better to have a bank of machines for people like me who have already scanned their shopping and just want to pay. if I have to queue I might as well just use a manned checkout

Did the scan as you shop today as it’s suppose to be quick! Got to the checkout a lady came over and said she needed to rescan everything! So took me aside unpacked all my shopping to rescan took ages and was embarrassing! And she messed it all up didn’t put back as it was! and squashed my bread! What a pain will not be using it again! They make you feel like a thief! So not quicker and embarrassing!!!!

After successful scanning and packing we went to pay. We knew our bill was £90 but we need a security check we handed our scan to staff she scanned a few item and scan the barcode to upload our shopping which now came to £190! We were then asked to unpack our shopping and but it through a till to pay and it came to £87. Will never trust the scanners again. Thought tescos could have at least given us a few extra points for the inconvenience this caused us.

  1. Always shop here when we come back to England. This store provides a massive selection of food and other products. There is a massive car park and a petrol station. There are sometimes problems with traffic getting in and out of the store as it is situated near to a motorway junction. Good beer selection.

  2. The shop was alright but bought a pack of there own make 4 frozen chicken and bacon pies. Cooked them for dinner, 1 piece of chicken in each pie and couple bits of bacon, I was not happy. It’s a disgrace.

  3. So close to being 5 stars! The tescos cafe is amazing, never disappointed in the coffees, better than costa and Starbucks. The greggs is pretty good too. Nice, big shop with a lot of selection. HOWEVER, the toilets downstairs are absolutely atrocious, smells and the seats look like they’ve been scrubbed so hard with bleach that all the paint is being stripped off. But if you don’t use public toilets then it’s a 5/5.

  4. Huge store, lots to choose from. Tesco Mobile in store with very helpful staff but everything from school supplies to your weekly food shop. Downside is that they get busy purely because it’s such a vast supermarket as most local people would know. Avoid rush hour times as the traffic builds up from the main roundabout

  5. They have very good collection, 1 star because the parking time in the evening is only 90 mins and some times it isn’t enough. We have to rush out.

If we are make a purchase of more than £30, parking limit can change from 90 mins to 180 mins.

Anyhow, I am discouraged to go here after paying a penalty of £40 for overstaying by 15 mins.
