One of the bigger sainsbury’s you can visit, it’s unlikely they won’t stock what youre lookibg for as far as general day to day shopping goes. Staff are helpful and went out of their way to help me find things when asked. Otherwise can be a little difficult to find specifics in such a big store

Great parking with ample room in bins to decant car litter build up. Would’ve given 5 stars but walk to toilet was marred by slippery floors. All in all, good place for a quick stop

Closed due to flooding but no notice on their website, fb page or Google map. Walked there for nothing. Wanted to do a TU return, their petrol station couldn’t. Had to walk elsewhere.

Great location and availability of products. It’s quite hard to find staff to help you though and the prices are sometimes quite high compared to other supermarkets nearby. I would still recommend it as there are things here you won’t be able to find anywhere else.

It’s not a bad store. Has no cafe now. Too many self scan tills not working. Staff more interested in being on their phones instead of helping customers.

I’ve now spoken to two managers on two separate occasions about the amount of mould in the grills of the refrigerators. At my last visit there was no change! They clearly don’t care about their staff or customer’s. They had staff doing some cleaning but still no change to the grills! My next visit will influence whether I escalate the concern to the local health authority. All in all, very disappointing!

Very busy shop but always has what we need. It’s great that they have SmartShop so you can walk around and scan everything with your smartphone. Also it has currency exchange service that we often use and you get a better rate with Nectar card

I shop a lot at Sainsbury, both on line and going to the store. I do find that their prices have gone through the roof but I guess it is the same everywhere these days. The only thing I find is a problem is that I seem to get a lot of broken eggs with my deliverys. However they are quick to give a refund but if I am short of eggs I have to go to the store to get some which I find a bit of a pain. Generally though I am quite happy to shop there.

Big Sainsbury’s in Bath, free parking but only for 90mins. Good range of gluten food. At time of review they are stocking gluten free Cornish pasties. Go past the entrance to the left and you will find local independent shops and stalls .

  1. Sadly this Sainsburys is going down hill. From inconveniently placed sandwiches (back of store furthest from the door, and no I don’t buy anything extra because you force me to walk past all the other products) to reformulated cheaper recipes marketed to you under the gaslighting of a “great new taste”. The store continues to reduce its full sugar products and replace them with disgusting sugar replacement product like Jamie Oliver was the second coming himself. I don’t need my supermarket to tell me what to eat, I’m quite capable of monitoring my own sugar intake and am fed up with brands, including Sainsburys pandering to people.

  2. Garage fuel competitively priced. Garage prices for snacks and confectionery not so. .. In fact so expensive that I went hungry. Staff good and fuel service as you’d expect.

  3. It was my 1st visit, but not my last.
It’s HUGE, and so is the range of stuff on offer. I do not like supermarket shopping, so this store does it in one bareable hit.
Ace staff, too, who sorted me out with a Nectar card and how-to- do-it knowledge in spite of their workload.
    Couldn’t find a coffee shop.

  4. This is quite a large store and has a large selection of homewares, clothing and of course food. Well laid out with plenty of choice. There is also a large car park and a petrol station.
