I called AAA and they said the soonest someone could be there was an hour from then. After an hour went by, I called back and they said they couldn’t get ahold of the driver but someone would call with their location. No one ever called and another hour went by. After two hours of waiting outside in the cold with my car running I gave up and called a tow truck who said they could be there in ten minutes. Tyler and his team were wonderful and made this birthday celebration a birthday to remember. We were welcomed by the team, they took photos of us before taking off for a beautiful sunset flight. Altitude Endeavors did not disappoint! 5 stars and an A+! Pilot Phil is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, great sense of humor and helps make you feel comfortable and safe. The balloon ride was amazing! We had so much fun and highly recommend this company. My husband and I hope to do it again during a different season as well.

Altitude Endeavors made our father/daughter vacation beyond amazing. The crew cared for our safety and made sure conditions were safe before taking off. It was a little windy so take off was a little rough, but the flight was breathtaking and the landing smooth. The entire experience was simply wonderful. What an experience! The balloon ride was phenomenal. The sunrise, the mist over the land, the silence and sounds of nature. It is a scenery that is unmatched. The Altitude Endeavors team is great in terms of communication prior to the balloon ride, but also in terms of their kindness and their passion to provide their customers with an amazing experience. I booked a hot air balloon flight with Altitude Endeavors after seeing them at two other balloon events. Phil and the crew were very fun and friendly. It was such a magical event from beginning to end! It was my first time and after the great experience I had, it will not be my last! You need to put this at the top of your list of things to do!
