4 weeks agoFriendly staff. Never had an issue with mailing something out. However, be very wary on having your incoming packages redirected here. I had an iPhone stolen out of held package from Apple.That’s when I realized they do not have any type of security of packages being held. Packages are not held behind the counter. They just sit in the back by some PO Boxes and anyone off the street can walk over to them with full access. With an employee being busy or their back turned, and there are no cameras pointed in that direction. It’s easy for someone to do what they want with a package.
When I came to pick up my iPhone, the box was empty with the pulled tab gone. Lesson learned.
3 months agoI do all my Amazon returns here. They are fast and friendly. Had to go to the store on Virginia Beach Blvd a few times recently as Lynnhaven was closed and it was awful. One person working EXTREMELY slow with a line out the door. Happy to see Lynnhaven is open again!10 months agoBeverly helped us today with laminating. She was not only very cheerful and friendly but extremely thorough with the process to ensure a quality finished product. I am very grateful to her customer service because sometimes when I am in a business I feel like I have to hurry up as fast as I can and am a burden. Working with her felt like working with a friend.10 months agoUnreliable hours/staffing. I had a package shipped to this location and came to pick it up. Sat for 20-minutes waiting for store to open before continuing on with my day. Not being open during posted business hours without even a sign on the door to communicate is not cool. Don’t let the (open) gate deter you. The customer center is right on the corner of the distribution building.
Super easy transaction with great customer service. Will come back here from now on. Bonus that it’s connected to the DC, so there’s little room for lost packages.
On Friday they told me to stop by the terminal on Saturday between 10am and 1pm to pick up my package. I showed up and they were closed despite the sign on the door saying they should be open and the website saying they should be open. Thanks for wasting my time UPS.
I had a neighbor have UPS pick up a package that was delivered to them by mistake. My package is now considered lost and the case is closed. The customer service agent kept apologizing for the inconvenience but it’s not inconvenient. UPS has lost an original piece of needlework that is irreplaceable. I just want to talk with someone at the distribution center to understand how this could happen. What do you do with packages that just sit? Do you destroy them? Does someone take them? It certainly wasn’t sent back to the sender. I am so frustrated. The customer service agent kept telling me UPS is a logistics company. So find my package? It has a tracking number and can’t be that hard. Help!
I drove all the way over here for them to be closed on a Saturday . I talked to a rep and they were supposed to be open today. There online hours does not reflect them being closed on saturdays . This needs to be fixed. Nobody has gas to waste for nothing. Look at the climate we are in now. Do a better job.
Update operating hours, if you’re going to have customer service closed on Saturdays not according to your company schedules. Over six customers came on Saturday while I was at the location to be greeted by a cheap sign at the door which read: CUSTOMER SERVICE CLOSED ON SATURDAYS TILL FURTHER NOTICE
