in the last weekThis used to be a great store before it changed owners. We always did our Amazon returns there. However, now the employees have “been trained” to tell customers that all amazon returns must be packaged up, regardless of whether the actual Amazon return says “no box or label” needed. My husband did this 2 different times and had 2 different employees who upsold him packaging while in the store. I just sent him this morning with two more returns but told him to show them where it says no box or label needed. Didn’t matter….the employee said he couldn’t take the return if it wasn’t packaged so my husband left. We won’t be going back.3 weeks agoIf you are going to print personal documents, please go somewhere else. I was asked to share this personal document, which is fine, obviously because I need to email the document for them to print. But then the gentleman asked me what this was about. It took me a few moments to answer because it was very private, and I did not expect him to ask that question I feel violated as I’m sure a copy was retained but not only that what makes you feel that you have the right to ask me any questions about some thing I’m printing?! I print often some private, some public but never had this experience. I guess it’s time to invest in a printer.2 months agoI found it to be a jewel in Temple Terrace especially when I needed documents scanned and faxed during a very busy home probate. Staff was very polite, service very tight and my to go place for all things shipping/scanning etc.a week agoAndy helped us today. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.4 months agoApparently, this UPS store only takes certain packages. This is very annoying as you should be able to ship anything from a UPS store. The manager said we are a franchise only sorry go to the one on Bears Avenue.

I come to this location for all of my Amazon returns. The one employee that always stands out is Karissa. She is amazing! She is great at multitasking and helping more than one person at a time to help speed up our wait time. Other employees should definitely follow her work ethics. If she isn’t management here she definitely should be.
I use this UPS store almost exclusively and receive efficient and friendly service but my experience yesterday was over the top. I had issues with an Amazon return. The return involved some very personal issues which were difficult for me to process. I tried to work with Amazon with no solution so I went back to the UPS store. Without sharing details, all I can say is the team there, specifically Karissa & Kate, went above and beyond to make sure my return was handled compassionately and with extreme kindness. Sadly, excellent customer service is not common in today’s world but this store gets it. I can’t thank them enough and will continue to show my loyalty by using this store exclusively. Thank you!!
