    I went in to print some documents and got nasty attitude from the male workers. Misogynistic men employees, including the manager. Don’t want to listen, don’t want to reply to questions. Moreover, he didn’t want to listen to me so badly, that despite me explaining what I needed, he did everything exactly the opposite, and then blamed it on me.

    The up charge on USPS services is outrageous. I expect some, but when a $4.00 post office service costs $18.00 that’s over the top. It was not more convenient than going to the post office, didn’t save me time either. Now I know, wont go back.

    I have used this particular ups store repeatedly over the last 5 years. The manager takes responsibility and genuinely cares about the service offered. Saying that, he doesn’t have control over a pandemic that has left everyone short staffed. I’ve seen many new hires being trained and brought my patience with me. Most of the time it wasn’t too bad or too slow. More of the time I walked away glad to have come here. I love that they have the addresses I’ve previously used on file by my phone number…. They throw some tape on if needed, no charge. When I did have a problem with a printing job, the boss worked WITH me and came to an outcome I was pleased with.

    I’ve had a mailbox at this ups store for almost 10 years, the store manager Jason has always been nice, understanding, and helpful up until his new staff has been there. Jason has always known that if I’m late on making the payment and I need my mail, he always knew that I would pay it on payday. He didn’t want to loose our business because we have been there for so long. But as of today when I call and they don’t want to release my mail, because I’m late paying it, and never received a slip telling me the date we need to pay, I’ve decided that this payday I will go pay my bill and take my business elsewhere. It’s their “policy” but the fact of good customer relations has gone downhill then its time to move on

  1. The few times that I’ve returned items here with Amazon or any other service, I have been reprimanded the one or two times I did not tape the box. The return instructions clearly state that UPS will take care of packaging, however, this store wants to save money at the expense of hurting their customer service. I recommend going to another store if you can help it. Other UPS stores are not petty about this. Some of the employees here act like you owe them something when you walk in. Little word of advice: Don’t be money hungry- you’re already getting paid to do returns for these companies.

  2. The experience at this store compared to the one at Lincoln Center is night and day. I only come here because it’s conveniently close and the handful of times I do come I question why I’m asking to get stressed. See for yourself how it different it is 😐.

  3. I live in Brookside and was in the area so I decided to come to this location to make a simple Amazon return for a hat. I brought the hat in the box it was delivered in. The only thing it was missing, was one strip of tape to close the box. The only reason why I didn’t close the box was in case they needed to see inside. This guy (who is on the picture) told me he’s going to charge me $8.00 for one strip of tape to close the top of the box. I asked him why so much for one piece of tape he said it’s the time and effort. He is extremely rude and dishonest. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Go to the one on March Lane near Brookside they take care of their customers and have never charge me $8.00 for a strip of tape to close the box.

  4. Store is conveniently located. Clean and pleasant service. I needed printing job done and was in great hurry. I was immediately helped and left out happy. Will visit again
