3 weeks agoAs others have said, this place has AWFUL customer service. It’s not just one issue/time, so no need for specifics. It’s ALL the time, regardless of the nature of the business. The one lady, who I presume is the owner (taller white lady)ALWAYS has an attitude. No smile, no welcoming feeling, no thanking. Just plain rude! I’ve tried to return an Amazon package three times now and there’s always some issue that seems made up, after I’ve clearly read the instructions. I think a lot of this attitude is that they likely don’t make a lot of money from the Amazon returns and then try to upsell you on things like tape, boxes, etc. I finally took my return elsewhere and it was immediately accepted, as is, so doesn’t seem likely that the issue was mine. And the issues certainly aren’t everyone else’s who have written a bad reviews. This many people cannot be wrong about the same problems at this location. This Dan guy, who is replying to many of these reviews, seems more concerned with fighting the customers and proving a point than correcting obvious issues. What owner tells customers to not come back? That’s insane! Plus, his grammar, in replying to these reviews, is very poor, so that explains a lot about him. He’s obviously uneducated and unable to coherently ascertain what the problems are, like a responsible business owner should. Stop making excuses and fix your rude staff!!!!6 months agoI’ve been going here multiple times a week for a little over a year and this location has been great. I noticed a change over in staff some time in the summer, but the level of service didn’t dip. I do everything here from printing to faxing and shipping and have always been happy with their customer service. I happen to mainly interact with Annie and Ryan and they’re both excellent in terms of effectiveness, communication, and professionalism. Very personable. Caitlyn and Cameron are the only other two names I know, and they’re top notch too and so are their coworkers whose names I haven’t learned. Even with this being a high volume store, they work diligently to keep customers from waiting in line too long.4 months agoCame in with some large splitters for a car and Gio was super patient and helpful. Honestly, work ethic like he has is unfortunately uncommon these days. Really enjoyed the entire transaction!! Thanks so much!So once again, I needed to ship a large package and didn’t have the box or packaging. I was relieved to work with Elizabeth who did nothing but help me get everything put together as soon as possible! It was a great customer service experience, she even called after I left to double check an address adjustment. Much appreciated because shipping stores can definitely be a mix of different levels of service!
2 months agoCustomer service is horrible. 3 different times in a row they act as if they’re doing me a favor by getting my business. Full of attitude and not very friendly. Giving 2 stars because at least they get the job done. Just not a fan of the people working here.4 years agoUPS Stephanie was courteous and helpful. She answered all of our questions and assisted us right away. The facility is well maintained and clean. This store has many shipping products in stock and they even offer free tape for your package, if you’re in a crunch.

Love working with the team at Store 2060 in Ahwatukee. They are quick to get my print jobs done to specifications and they call or email me when my order is ready. I walk in and don’t even have to tell them which order is mine. They simply know. Because they pay attention and care about their customers.
Went in to mail a UPS package with a pre-paid UPS label sent to me by email. When I got there, learned they will not print out labels — instead they charge you $2.50 “email fee” plus cost of printing to print out the label. FYI — you can walk across the parking lot to FedEx and print it out for 18 cents. Just some helpful information if you happen to need something printed from one customer to another.
This particular UPS store is amazing. The employees are extremely helpful, friendly and fast, especially when dealing with Amazon returns.

You could have easily been annoyed with our disorganization, but you were so patient and nice, and it really made a difference! Thank you!! You deserve a raise.
