We had a rather long and convoluted notary requirement needing 2 witnesses that was handled smoothly and properly by a very friendly staff (James, Travis and Jordan). I unfortunately didn’t catch the names of the two younger employees who assisted me but I can say definitively that I received excellent service. I showed up right as a huge rush came through the door and I watched both employees handle every customer with incredible patience and professionalism while I waited for my fax confirmation to come through. Even the customers who were treating them rudely. They still responded with kindness and I think that speaks volumes. I hope the two guys who worked the closing shift on Monday, April 2 receive praise for their awesome customer service skills!

I regularly use this UPS location to ship from. I own a small business selling hand painted models and miniatures and this is the closest point.
The staff is friendly and the site is clean. Now for the cons.
I paid for insurance on a couple shipments. The handlers definitely threw the packages around and broke the contents. I individually wrap each model, then double wrap the contents or creat me custom foam layouts to contain it all. While this site isn’t responsible for handling they are very unhelpful in helping with claims.
They’ve taken over a month on a couple claims I’ve filed with little to no correspondence. The manager hasn’t called me back, the staff is unable to help, and my customers are disappointed. I recommend not using UPS if you are shipping anything of value you care about.
Came here to do some amazon returns as well as ship another return back to the company. I had no idea how to do the last return and the employee that was helping me was very gracious and kind with helping me through the process of the return of the item. I was nervous coming into the store but had no need to worry as the employees were great with helping with my needs.
Website says that they notorize until 6:30 this is incorrect, they stop at 5pm.
Also website did not show me closer location, we had to manually check reviews for closer one to see if they notorized, which they did, but same hours until 5PM not the 6:30 posted.
The staff has always been kind and helpful to me (unlike other UPS locations, one of which practically pushed me out the door during a very difficult Amazon return), including faxes, returns, and shipping. However, the lines are frequently long (not their fault) and at those times, the service is slow. I wish there was a closer location or this one was larger and had more registers and staff.

I had a pkg to return to the sender. The people here were really nice and helpful. The store was clean and orderly. The associates wasted no time getting to every customer. I had a large PKG one day and asked if anyone would come get it and carry it in the store for me. I expected a “No, I’m sorry, we’re not allowed to do that. But she was accommodating and helped me. I love it when associates anywhere take customer care seriously.😉
