I definitely recommend4 months agoJust had a pretty weird and uncomfortable experience. I usually use this office to ship products from my spas out. I brought my own box which I had to use two pieces of tape to ship. The young lady behind the desk told me I had to buy a roll for of tape to do so. I said why can’t you just use the tape on the desk and she said they usually just use that to tape the top. Basically she didn’t want to help me out. Then she gave me my receipt and didn’t say any parting words. I really felt profiled and uncomfortable. I probably will not return again. The date and time are 04.15.2023 at approximately 2:50pm.4 months agoThis store is amazing! The employees were so kind and helpful. Great customer service. There was a long line but Tiffany helped me. Very friendly and got me in and out. They’re quick and attentive to their customers. Tiffany made it very easy and hassle free to return Amazon product.
I really love this store. Their customer service is fantastic and the employees have always gone above and beyond for me, from helping me tape packages to anything else I’ve needed. Sarah helped me out today and was wonderful. I drive out of my way to use this location over others due to the superior service here.
It was ả wonderful experience. They were very friendly and helpful. I go to this store very often, I always get the good service. One of thẻ employe ,I believe her name is Simran help me to print the label and also provide me the packaging tape to use. She was so nice and eager to help other customers. I always go to this store even I have another store nearby.
Worse UPS store I’ve ever been to. Customer service is horrible and employees seem miserable. They lost my package and don’t want to respond for it. I’d recommend anyone going here to think about using another carrier or a different location. Protocols don’t seem to matter here. Hope you all don’t experience the same dissatisfaction as this place has very rude employees.
Dawson and a female employee on Sunday at 220 pm assisted me. They were both great and friendly. Also, I do come here pretty often for Amazon returns and they’ve always been nice and quick. Thank you for your assistance.
