2 weeks agoEric was extremely friendly and helpful. I had an Amazon return via UPS with two oddly shaped boxes, and Eric provided the best packing solution to ship them both as one. Immensely recommend this particular UPS branch for anyone’s shipping needs. Much appreciated.3 months agoThe first experience I had here was dropping off a package and while the attendant (Rose or Rosie) was very kind it seems she may have missed a step in processing my Amazon return and gave me a drop-off receipt without a tracking number. I didn’t receive an email from Amazon confirming my drop-off (which is when I should have gone back for help). I decided I’d wait and see in case it came later. It has been two weeks, and my package with the return is still nowhere to be seen and has no tracking information issued based on the reference number on the receipt. I called in this morning and asked for help. What upset me is the attitude of whoever picked up the phone. The staff member was evidently not the person I dealt with the first time around, and immediately said that there’s no way that the package is at their location. I asked if there’s anywhere outside the bin it could have fallen or been left, or if they can help me get a tracking number based on the information on the receipt, and I got a sassy response of “no” followed by an “anything else I can help you with?”. This person was entirely unhelpful, and didn’t even feign interest in my issue. He did not take the reference number I was provided on my receipt, and made no attempts to resolve my issue. This call ended with the staff member hanging up on me. I’m almost fine with whatever happened with the package after my first visit to this location, as the first person I dealt with was exceptionally pleasant and accidents happen — what I’m deeply disappointed with is the rude and entirely careless nature of whoever picked up my call when I asked for help. I felt disrespected and my issue was not attempted to be handled — never mind not resolved. Might want to avoid this location for high value shipments…3 months agoExcellent service by Rupesh! After reading the reviews for stores closer to me, I decided to go to this one because of the fine feedback he received from customers. He helped me get the larger boxes from my car and quickly processed my five boxes. Kind, courteous and efficient. Way to go Rupesh!!2 months agoThis is the cleanest UPS store I’ve been in. The staff are super nice and professional. Having been to other less fortunate UPS stores, I feel very lucky to live nearby this one. Line move fast.
The employees make the process of shipping or receiving packages easy.
Convenient location. Huge parking lot. But it is almost impossible to find a single vacant parking spot for a normal car size
We needed proof that a shipment wasn’t actually sent to our address for a Paypal dispute. UPS over the phone was not helpful at all, so we decided to come here as a last ditch effort. I was so scared to come here, because shipping service centers are usually a stupid busy chaotic nightmare, but when we arrived, we were the only ones there. We spent 3 days going back and forth on the phone with UPS for something that Veronica and Lance took care of in 10 seconds. They deserve a huge raise. So helpful and nice and appreciative and I don’t have enough nice words to say about them because they were so lovely.
The staff are very helpful and courteous. Lance was very professional and assisted with everything we needed. Being a disabled veteran I truly appreciated his customer service.
You can’t get through the phone system to actually talk to a human. My package was days late. Somewhere on a truck. No customer service. Use a different delivery service if you can.
This ups place are the best because they helped us as soon as we walked in the building. And they knew what we came there for. The employee where very welcoming and very nice. They actually wanted to helped us not take their time or acted like they didnt see us wen they did but, this ups where alot different in good way tho. So for ups review rating i would like to give a five/5 star rating, love it 100%. Thank you
