(Sorry, not sorry) but the fat guy was there for both visits, and he is absolutely insufferable, and needs an attitude check. I think he should just quit, i mean hes giving off high levels of misery, but like keep that to yourself bro bro. You could cross the wrong person ong. L staff, and L hiring managers.2 months agoI paid the $1.44 to print a return label for Amazon with coins the clerk had to go get a calculator to add the coins up before I could leave the store. What is this world coming to.6 months agoI dropped off a package and all they needed to do was scan the QR code, but they said they couldn’t do it just like that. They made me send them the return label (something that other stores have never made me do), I felt they were kind of racist towards me, and had a terrible attitude. Costumer service wasn’t the best. And they charged me almost 3$ dollars for printing the label that is always printed for free or for I don’t know what, but they charged me. First and last time coming to this location.

I recently used the UPS store to ship a package to my home town. I would recommend the ups store for mailing and shipping. I shipped my package on a Monday & the package was delivered and received on Thursday. From New Mexico to Washington State. The price was very affordable. This service is a lot faster than USPS. Cause I sent my mom a card and it took 3 weeks. By Mail. I will be using UPS for all my shipping needs. Plus I had delivery confirmation to my phone. Thank you UPS!!!
Every time I use their services I’m greeted with friendly, knowledgeable staff and all of my needs are met with a timely and affordable experience. I would definitely recommend this ups store.
I’ve used the shipping services at this location twice recently. Great customer service and accurate delivery estimates made the experience very satisfying. No “up-selling”, just got me what I needed and got me on my way.
It is close by where I stay when I come to town. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Unlike other locations in Albuquerque, this UPS Store doesn’t loose packages.
I was sending a package to my grandsons, they were quick, efficient, and took care of the items I brought to shred as well. They were happy and made it a very pleasant experience.
