a week agoVery fast and easy service. I use this location a lot and usually have several packages but I’ve never had to wait and have only had good experiences. They always answer my questions easily and get me right back out the door. Aady even printed my label for me today when I forgot to bring it.a month agoI Love UPS since decades ago! Please empower the staff with consumerism customer service training! The New Generation needs it! Also, please give the pickup drivers training lessons on actually coming customer’s door, knocking on it and using the cell phone number. Delivery Teams are Outstanding! Great job!4 months agoWe normally use the UPS in our area but since we were near The Plaza we stopped there. Big mistake! The customer service rep was extremely rude. I asked him if he could tape the bottom of a box, would take one or two pieces of tape. He says, did you not see the tape gun near the the front door. I said yes, but would you mind putting a piece on there for me. He says, normally we charge for this. They charge for two pieces of tape? I understand if they were busy but no one in there but me. He was very rude about it. Will not go back.

I frequent this UPS location for my business shipping/returns. The staff is always very nice and helpful. However, yesterday the gentleman who helped me was SO LOVELY. He was so patient, so helpful, and one of the most friendly people I think I have ever interacted with. I am so sorry I didn’t catch his name but the Emp# on the receipt is 144505. I seriously wish I had a reason to go back to UPS today because this guy was AMAZING.
Fantastic store. The owner helped me build a box for a broken TV I was returning. He sat in the hot sun and helped me until the job was completed. This is how a business should take care of their customers!
