2 months agoI love this UPS store. When I decided I needed a banner for my sons graduation Shirley was the first person I looked to. Shirley with help from Teresa, was on the ball. She answered all my question in a timely manner, even when I was not so timely getting back in contact. The graphics on the banner were perfect. I could tell she put a lot of time and effort into making what I visualized come to life. It was delivered on time to many happy smiles. We love the banner so much, it now has a permanent place over the fireplace. I would highly recommend Shirley, Teresa and the rest of the guys for all your UPS needs, especially, including making banners.2 months agoSuper fast service. No need to double park outside ( I hate that). Crowd moves quickly and did I mention how accelerated the service is? Lol. Polite and patient staff, even with a dope like me who’s not sure about returning things to Amazon. Packages, envelopes tape and everything you need to mail things off.2 months agoI want say how patient Theresa was today. She patiently waited for my husband to call me for the return code to return my package. This curious is always the same with Theresa at the UPS store on Crittenden Street. Thanks again Regina4 years agoA very convenient and helpful UPS store in north Philly. Located in shopping center with Vision Works, a dry cleaner, and several other stores. There is plenty of parking out front and the manger has been helpful and efficient.a month agoThis place stole a $100 target gift card from my Nephew’s birthday card. Then after filing a claim with UPS, I was reimbursed $28. I’ll never use this place again.

Small black business owned! I’ve always had a problem With packages being stolen near my home so I decided to have my packages delivered here. Never had a problem , the staff are friendly and fast! Thank you for always keeping my packages safe !
I was very happy with my visit today. Staff was friendly and helped me with my return shipping label so I can return my item to the seller for a refund.
Had good experiences here till recently shipped out a bunch of shoes and they have showing up to the destination empty boxes. Employees helped me seal them up so they saw what was in the box. 2/3 went missing the same day shipped. Tried to talk to manager was very dismissive and no help said she was going to send the video never did. Not a fan of leaving negative reviews but when you’re stealing from your customers it’s unacceptable.
The customer service is amazing very friendly workers when I need to have a package delivered I always go to the UPS store on 3rd and Girard they are super good
Needed to quickly print out pamphlets for a memorial service and Denise (?) Larkin and her coworker who worked the morning shift today (28th) were incredibly helpful and provided amazing customer service.
