As a loyal customer of this store for a year, I commend Louie and his team for always providing excellent service. Despite uncontrollable price increases, my positive outlook toward this store remains. However, my recent experience with a new employee was disappointing as he failed to fulfill his promise to assist me. It’s crucial that all employees uphold the company’s values and maintain the same level of integrity as the rest of the hardworking team. It’s unacceptable for the actions of one person to tarnish the store’s image, and I urge management to take the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen again.

I needed some art packed into boxes I was not shipping with UPS. After calling a few stores, a nice employee at this one indicated that this would be no problem. When I arrived the following day, I met the employee Louie B… he was just as friendly and enthusiastic about the job as he had sounded over the phone. The store was well staffed with employees willing to help. Louie shared expectations about timing and cost – and turned the job around both early and more affordably than originally anticipated. There are at least 2 UPS stores closer to me but I’ll continue to be a customer of this one thanks to Louie and the service of his fellow employees.

I would give them a -5 if there was one. Worst customer service I have had. Tried to get something notarized. The notary was there from 12-5, but only 2 days a week. I got there at noon and was told that he was at lunch for 30 minutes. When I tried to ask questions I was not given a straight answer. You should not publish hours that you do not observe. The notary did not come out of the back room for almost an hour. Employees were not helpful and bordered on just plain rude. I will never go to this store again.

Horrible customer service, manager is incredibly rude, condescending and talks over you and does not offer services listed on website. Will not try to do business with them ever again and I definitely don’t recommend them. They also have problems with their training because a store associate wasted my time telling me that they would be able to help me and had me send my personal documents through email that got no response. Talked to me like I was a scammer instead of a person who is trying very hard to move across the country. I haven’t had this horrible of an experience in a very long time, I hope he is as miserable as the way he treats people.

If there is as less than one star, it would be more than they deserve. This is not the first time I’ve experienced awful service at this store but this was the worst. When I walked in carrying a large heavy box, 4 guys stood behind the counter and made no move toward helping me. The front door was almost blocked by at least 8 feet off boxes and I had to maneuver around them. It also reeked of pot, as if they were smoking right in the store. I was told by the seller I’d the package I was returning that I didn’t need a label but when I finally got up the counter the extremely rude and dismissive guy said you need a label and it will be $2 to print it plus a roll of tape. I asked if he was kidding and he said, do I look like I’m kidding? I left without sending my package and will never go to this store again.

  1. They have two lines but they wantonly decide who is allowed to use which line (even when I was told by multiple people that I was in the correct line, I was still sent to the end of the other line).

    Response to your response:
I understand that you want to defend your employee, but your response indicates to me that you are misinformed of what transpired. I was trying to make a shipment; it was not an Amazon return or dropoff; I was correctly following the sign you mention and going to the appropriate register. This is why it feels that the rules were being uniquely applied. Furthermore, when I was told I had to go to the end of the Amazon return line despite having a shipment, I said “um, okay,” and left; that is by no means harsh.

  2. Always a good experience here. Fast, efficient and professional service when utilizing their notary (excellent job by Kevin G)! Staff is always ready to help haul out packages to my car when my arms are full or the parcels too burdensome. Great passport photo services too all under one roof by a top notch staff!

  3. Helpful and friendly staff, always able to help – even for shipping issues caused by carrier which aren’t their fault. Would 100% recommend having packages shipped here via mailbox service to help keep our burgeoning porch pirate industry in check.

  4. This place treats Amazon customers like Amazon is not paying them for returns. If you, as a business owner, do not like the UPS-Amazon agreement, sell your UPS store. Otherwise, treat customers like all other UPS stores (ie-human beings). These crooks charge for any and everything they can get away with under the guise of “we’re a mom and pop business”. You’re the only UPS store in a sizable area. If you can’t make due without providing a courtesy 12 inch strip of tape, that’s on you. Owner has brainwashed a handful of super rude employees into believing common courtesy (customer service) is a handout. An extra star for the employees that are aware of the terrible environment they’re forced to work in.

Edit: In light of owner’s response. As stated in original post, if you do not respect the Amazon-UPS agreement, sell to someone that does. Otherwise, treat customers with respect. Even when packaged correct and fully prepared for the “package nazi”, I’ve never been met with such malcontent. This is a location specific issue that starts from the top. You are a business owner. You don’t get to spin a sad narrative while claiming your employees do not need my pity. You do not speak for them. You also represent an organization bigger than yourself and you stand out as a low point. FIX IT.

  5. Coco is absolutely fabulous! The purpose for my visit to the store was rather frustrating but she completely turned the situation around. I called ahead to confirm pricing/timing and Coco was quick, clear and courteous. When I arrived she immediately recalled the phone conversation and helped me through the whole process. Lovely experience start to finish — thanks Coco 🙂
