2 months agoWe had a great experience here, BUT BEWARE! If you’re getting a Passport pic done, ours was not accepted, they have guidelines in order to be approved, they botched it and then they wouldn’t give our money back when clearly showing them their cutting error! They want the official denial letter, but fortunately when we were applying they noticed, otherwise we’d have been waiting months! Don’t waste your money, unless you watch them measure and cut according to specs. I’m not upset with the one who did it, I’m upset with the management or owner or worker who denied reimbursement when it’s clear it was their responsibility.6 months agoBest UPS store in Sacramento! Always excellent customer service. When I first walked in to inquire about getting a mailbox, Marcus was there to help me out. He was so friendly, professional, and patient with all of my questions and concerns. Ever since then, I’ve been coming back to use their mailbox and shipping services, and I’m happy to say that I’ve been lucky enough to work with Marcus and Rich (another team member) on most occasions. They consistently deliver top-notch customer service, and they are also incredibly fast and efficient, which is a rare find. All in all, I feel lucky to have found this place and to have such great folks to work with.5 months agoMarkus and associates were very professional and supportive! They can do anything. Staff is wonderful even when there are crowds . Never have to stand in line for more than a few minutes when it is crowded, like around the holidays. You get more than what you pay for here.

Was running late for work but had to take care of a very important package. This is the second time, I have had an encounter with Alejandro. First time, I was returning a pair of shoes. This time, it was an iPad. To say that he is diligent is the least, Alejandro is always helpful when handling my returns. He is patient, and knows all the answers to my questions. Store 4348 in Sacramento Ca Store Manager Deep was very helpful with assisting me with my technical difficulties trying to confirm my email password. He has great customer service, friendly, and knowledgeable in explaining notarizing information and having other ways to print out my documents. I left with a great customer service satisfaction. I definitely will come back to this store. With all his help he definitely deserves a raise.
