a month agoHere every other day never see more than 2 people at the curbside pickup yet they got 16 spots up front reserved for nothing. They constantly lock one side of the store leaving disabled people to walk around. When confronted the employee just smiled and said walk around like they enjoy the pain walking already causes me. Shelves are always missing stuff, parking lots have carts everywhere, yet target can’t give their employees a decent wage.Tl:Dr target does not have any concerns for disabled customers
3 months agoOn Sunday, June 4 around 5-6pm I did a return at Guest Services and the person who did my return apparently knows me. Her name is Darline and didn’t know of her until recently because of my situation. I was on the phone and I was having a conversation with someone on the phone and apparently she sought to know what i was speaking about. Darline knows the person that I rented and she contacted this person and told them what she thought i was talking about. What she said created a reaction to the person i rented to decide to kick me out of the property. Now, with that being said, that was a traumatic situation for me because I am a single mom and who recently moved to Palmdale with my 1 year old. I had a good relationship with this person that I rented. It was a friend that was renting me and because of this false accusation (I don’t know what she said) I lost my housing. Now i have to go through the process tenant rights because of her accusations. I am so concerned with Target and how they are allowing employees like her to treat customers. This was not cool that this employee would give out information of me while customers interaction at her job. This situation could’ve gotten worse because what if my renter seek revenge to whatever was said in my name. My daughter and I could be at risk because this situation is horrifying. This is a Target where I frequently do all my shopping and I just think this was totally disrespectful. My question is can all employees just exchange information about Target’s customers. Super Target Center located in east Palmdale California 93552. Located on the corner of East Avenue R and 47th Street East. Let me first start off by saying that this is my favorite store. I am not guilty, to say that I really appreciate that Target Supercenter remained open during the pandemic. Yeah there were a few days where there were closed and yes there was a few days where everything was out of stock essentially. But that’s completely understandable especially because of the covid-19 pandemic. Target store does everything in order to maintain their employees safe in especially their customers. There is a limit amount of people that can shop at a certain time. But they do a very good job incorporating those rules for the CDC. I really appreciate the fact that this is Ash One Stop Shop in that if I want groceries or need medicine or need any type of apparel I can definitely find it at this Target store. As well as Electronics HomeGoods and pharmaceuticals. Customer service is great here. I have no complain about the employees. They seem reasonable and easy to work with on top of that they are very attentive to the customer needs. The store is very clean and is always stocked. The restrooms are kept especially cleaned during this era. But I do appreciate the fact that they remained open. Everyone here seems to enjoy working here though, so I’m guessing it’s the management fault….
Most Targets are basically the same layout at this point. So things I look for that make their rating higher are as follows:
1. Fruit & Vegetable freshness- nothing worse then this being old or bad quality. This locations was A+
2. Men’s Body and Hygiene products- lack of products that they normally have or having products they normally don’t comes into play here. They had the body wash i like but not in my favorite scent so A. All the other selections were solid
3. Electronics- love me some electronics, so this section is up there in importance. Good selection of TV’s, games and phone products. Didn’t see any wearable electronics which was disappointing. Overall an A.
4. Customer Service- Nothing worse then going to a location and not having helpful staff or lack of staff. This location had both of these.

One of my favorite store is TARGET bcuz I always find everything for my family, home, gym, cleaning products, bicycles, a great variety of electronics, big televisions, phones,and I can buy my groceries, they always have SALES, everything in one place,prices are great, the store is always nice, clean and great environment, the bathrooms are very nice and clean and the personnel are very nice, polite, friendly and most of all very professional, love TARGET 😊👍💓
Target is a one-time shopping. Target has everything. The store is clean, quiet, and well-stocked. I love going to Target. I go often and I always find what I’m looking for. And it is reasonable too. What I love about Target are the brands and the great price. The parking is accessible and well-lit. There is a Starbucks in the store which makes it nice to grab a coffee to enjoy while you shop. Target is my to-go stores and supermarkets. You can buy a nice outfit and shop for dinner at the same time. Love love love Target (with a French accent). Happy Shopping. 😊
Very Poor rating because when target Lancaster is out of a product on clearance/special , I check to see IF Palmdale target has it & I tried 3! Different Departments and the call just hangs up…
So point blank just don’t call or bother them for anything on the phone..
