I received an email to pick up my order. I arrived, but staff didn’t bring the order to my car. When I walked inside they refused to give me the order because their system was down. I didn’t have my wallet on me so I left. I called over 15 times to ask if their system was up and they didn’t answer. Eventually when they answered, the staff was not apologetic or cared about the trouble I’ve had getting my order. I called Target customer service and they told me to wait in the car because an associate would bring the order to my car. They never did! I called Target customer service again and immediately closed my credit card account… I spent hours trying to get my order and no one provided updates or cared. This is one of the many reasons Amazon has monopolized retail and will do all of my shopping there. I will no longer shop at Target.
I go to this Target at least once a week, but the produce section has been going down hill. I am constantly seeing moldy food in that section it seems like. Something seriously needs to be done about it; not everyone can afford to buy produce, take it home, and then throw it out, and probably all of the other produce they purchased, because of mold.
On December 26, 2022 my husband purchased a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses at a cost of $188.79 at the Target optical department at the store on Bell Road in Surprise, AZ. We have been customer’s purchasing prescription glasses and Sun glasses for the past 10 years.
Today my husband stopped by requesting the glasses be adjusted as they are loose on his head. Associate assisting him did a minor adjustment that did not make any change. Associate advised my husband that was all he could do and gave him a business card for an optical shop that could make the needed adjustments. This is not the customer service we are used to receiving at Target. Since the remodel of the Surprise there are a new set of employees and we will take our business elsewhere.
Its a great store. You can find almost everything including good brands for make up and great selection of decoration items.
6 Clerks in the store not helpful, do not wear name tags and one female clerk was hateful alongside not being helpful. She deliberately ignored me when asked for her name and told me she would tell her manager if I was going to complain to them. She knows who she is. Truly she will justify her nasty unhelpful nature, in her mind. There is two sides to the story. If they don’t have the labor to run this store properly they should close the doors.
