a week agoHow is it every single register is closed except for the self checkout, causing a line several hundred feet. It appears at the store truly does not value a customers time much rather spend my time with family the wedding online I could see why most people purchase things online to save the time, so you have to wait pointlessly not sure why we have always cash registers and unmannedI will say managers at one point did get some cashiers finally to get on registers
I originally posted the above review four months ago I found myself and Target and once again the lines are out the door. Wow. ….. no one works here… complete disrespect of people’s time….
3 weeks agoI love my Target Trexlertown location! The associates are so friendly and helpful! They go above and beyond to help out, especially with returns. Drive up orders are always brought out fast and accurate every time! The store is kept very clean and organized.2 months agoAwful experience. Target no longer takes coupons. Not knowing that, I was also told not to put them in the machine only after I had done so. No prompts on the screen, which was ACCEPTING them (manufacturer’s even) all along the way. The screen even showed in green text the amount off. Then the computer froze and wouldn’t allow me to pay. No one in the store could help. Someone went off to find keys to get my coupons back, but never came back. This store is a joke if you need help. No one knows anything.3 weeks agoI love this Target! It is usually very well stocked, clean, and I can find what I am looking for. 10 months agoBright, clean store. Always a good experience. Update July 2022- always great finds and unique items. A fun store to shop for gifts. Another update for October 2022. Still some Halloween decor left. Christmas stuff is out too! Adorable earrings and pajamas. Only 3 checkouts open and the lines were longer than I expected.5 months agoThe return clerk did a very friendly, competent, professional job in accepting this 1 of the 2 bottles of mix we bought. Since we opened and tasted 1 I guess we keep it. Not bad just surprisingly boring. Chose to return other bottle. We learned, they learned! A productive time for all. Thank you Target and return guy!!!!3 months agoPretty good with pick up orders, usually have everything done in less than an hour. Starbucks always is banging! Overall your average target experience. Clean bathrooms which is a plus!

This store struggles.
It’s often a mess in various departments, specifically the clothes, and it’s been that way for a few years now. It’s certainly not down at Walmart level disaster, but it’s approaches it at times. Corporate needs to focus on this store. The recent ‘remodel’ does NOT help. First, who made these design decisions?? Removing the tile for polished bare concrete is not an upgrade, at least not in a store that is a mess. It makes the store look cheap. It was better before. Also a bump-out jutting into the home department that closed off a portion of a main isle?? What were you thinking?? That’s a major FAIL. Fix it. And if that isn’t clear enough for you: RESTORE IT.
To J Bean, obviously you are unaware of the unfortunate circumstances that happened yesterday. THEY HAD A FIRE. I was there. They evacuated the store. Your complaint is 💯 unwarranted due to this. (See picture)

While I have my own thoughts on how employees could have handled the situation better, I am NOT going to complain about how I was next in line to pickup and did not get to receive my items. THAT’S PERFECTLY FINE!

I was in this place and when paying I told the employee Chris to honor the Amazon price and he did not want to do it. I start giving meaningless explanations. It’s the 1st time something like this has happened. I have been to other Target stores and I have never had that problem, they always do it without problems, they even verify it with their machines. What I did was that I stopped buying the items there and ordered them through Amazon.
What can I say….everyone loves Target. The only bad thing about this last visit was that there was only one cashier. The self checkout had a line that went quick. It was clean.
Worse target I have ever been to! Employees are VERY rude! They give an attitude when you simply ask them a question. I have tried calling them for over an hour about my order and not one department answered the phone including HR. I then ask the gentleman who brought my order out for drive up if there is an issue going on with the phones because I have been trying to call and he replied “I have no idea and that’s not my problem” I was completely shocked at his response! Telling a manager in this place does absolutely NOTHING because they just brush it off. Something needs to be done with the way they treat their customers. It’s horrible.
