9 months agoHas everything but can get messy. This is larger than some other Targets in Baltimore, but it’s always a mess. It seems like they have a decent amount of people stocking things, though. The makeup and beauty section is very nice, recently redone and has a lot of options. There’s a big selection of clothing for every group, too.3 months agoI AM A BIG SHOPPER AT TARGET! I truly enjoy shopping in this store. Never have I had a bad experience, I thank God😃. I received great service from Chris in dairy, who was very busy. He was on his knees stocking the milk refrigerator, he turned to me, smiled and ask if I needed any assistance. Tiffany our cashier was polite, personable, funny and quite knowledgeable of your store and helped us with your app. So, I thank you Target for hiring good and caring people because they render great service 😌.
I went to Target and bought some stuff today ! The customer service was wonderful.
The customer service at the target on Boston st is very unhinged. I received an email informing me that my package was ready to pick up but I shortly was shown that that was a lie. Brown skin lady with, braids & glasses at the customer service area was on her cell phone at the register when she ordered for me to walk up. I gave her my info & id, she said I have to go get your items & walked off. She never looked at me or handed me anything. Everytime she went to get an item, she placed it on the counter & not in my hand. She did it 3xs. She did not say have a good day or anything once she was complete. Horrible experience
Please cross train your employees so you can open another register. There were 15 people waiting in one line with as many people in the self checkout. Why can’t a supervisor start ringing people up??
This is review is for DANIEL @ Starbucks! World class service from the time we walked in to the time he finished making our drinks. I loved his personality. I asked if he could make a social media drink, he said let me see and NAILED IT!
