a month agoIt is a good supermarket, but the people working in the pickup service do not want to work. They do everything effortlessly, are rude and take 20 minutes to assist you and another 20 minutes to bring you your order. I think a company like Target should have a more serious hiring process. Monday, August 7 – afternoon. Waldo is a really great guy!7 months agoGreat target location with plenty of parking in midtown. It’s easy to access, park and load away your purchases. The store is massive and really has everything you will probably need. The prices at target are always get competitive and the selection and experience are always great and this location is no exceptions. The staff at this location is efficient and the checkout and return lines move quickly such I always appreciate.9 months agoThis is a decent Target. Well stocked. I didn’t have any issues finding what I needed. So, why the 3 stars? You have to pay for parking! I have never been to a Target in this country that did not provide free parking for its patrons, regardless if it’s in a garage or a lot, it’s free! I bypassed the one in south beach thinking I was avoiding a parking situation to come to this one and what did I face? A parking situation. This Target is also at a very busy intersection, so the traffic is insane. What should take minutes to do can easily take a half an hour.
It’s not worth the hassle.
a month agoSadly I’ve had to stop buying groceries here. I used to go a few times a week but they’ve raised the prices on pretty much everything. Some even drastically. Danimals’ pouches, the Outshine popsicles and more. At least they will price match you with Walmart which is usually cheaper but although their website states you can show them a better price and they will match it, once in store they have to look it up in their own system and if it’s now showing they will not honor the price. They won’t consider printouts or anything on the web, which I am pretty sure you can dispute this if you have the energy and time. But this gets tiring. The staff are unfriendly and not courteous. I often sitting standing around chatting while the line at Guest Services gets longer. Their customer service area is now also the pick area and it’s a mess. They don’t have the rope to make it clear whose in line, who is being helped, what line are you in. Often there’s not even a person at the counter or sometimes there’s only 1. Ever since they opened the Trader Joe’s a few blocks away that’s where I go. Hopefully they’ll do something about the prices and service because it got ridiculous.3 months agoHad to purchase another suitcase before going on our cruise since the one I had ripped during travel. This super Target was on the way to the port and had everything extra needed!

in the last weekIt is always a pleasure to shop at Target— it’s clean, well-stocked and its employees are always nice. Kudos to my cashier tonight, Barbara, who went out of her way to make sure I had a good experience!2 months agoI would prefer to visit this location for all of my next visits, whenever possible. Very clean store. Sandra is an amazing leader/supervisor/manager. The store is stocked, the lines were short. I utilized the product scanners in the aisles, and I was pleased to see them working properly. Self checkout was effortless, although I was told by your associate, Danelia, not to use the one self checkout at the starbucks/pizza-hut. Sandra, or any manager, should advise associates like Danelia to allow a customer to pay for their few items along with their coffee. This actually did not upset me, but it made me lose my appetite for the coffee, so I left it out front, completely full for another person who might actually want it. No one ever knows who anybody really is or how many of your stocks we really own, just a friendly reminder. Thank you.3 months agoI’d like to bring recognition to an Exceptional employee (cashier) at this Target. Her name is “Isabel” she’s not only very nice, courteous and kind but went out of her way to save my forgotten merchandise that I had left behind inadvertently. I had to go back the day after to the store but was very sad and worried I would not be able to prove that I had forgotten it. “Isabel “ made it possible for me to have faith again that there are still nice, honest people around here in Miami. I’ve always liked this Target but now I will definitely make it a point of shopping there more often. Thank you Isabel because you truly exemplify what a service industry is all about. Nilde5 months agoMaria Martinez was very kind & helpful & very patient when I gave her coupons. Target should hire more employees like her. She made my shopping experience wonderful.a week agoGreat place, clean and organized. But as usual in Target I couldn’t find the exactly thing I was looking for

It’s a target. Who doesn’t like target. However, I was a little surprised I still couldn’t try on clothes. But the last I asked, was so kind about their policy and had a great suggestion for me, and the lady at the checkout, Jenny, was beyond awesome. She was very patient with my son who wanted to buy his own legos.
Our next family adventure take us to Target located in Sweetwater, one of the best favorite store for my wife , big store to shop very clean and organized, anything you looking for you founded in the correct place , all kind of decoration for the complete house even the patio.
Fitness time they have a lots of equipment for all sport and for kids in the toy section you can find where you looking for.
Even if you want to prepare a good breakfast, lunch and dinner this is the place to buy everything fresh to eat.
Lorena is extremely disrespectful, I asked for a pick up order to see if by any chance it can get picked up earlier or if we can just grab it ourselves since we already knew where the item was but she responded very disrespectfully and said then go ahead and cancel your order and pay for it in line with the rest of the people, her facial expression was filled with attitude and when brought to the managers attention – (Marcia) she brushed us off and did not care for our experience as we were just asking a question and we understand how the policy works, we were just asking a simple question that did not have the need for both a CUSTOMER SERVICE REP and a MANAGER to absolutely disregard their own customer service skills. They both should be demoted or replaced.
This is hands down the BEST Target in Miami!! Always clean, organized and have everything in stock!! I drive out here instead of going to the Kendall one! Worth it!!
Compared to Walmart, I love this place. My big issue is the fact that their stock is very low. Especially in the housewares department. Otherwise it’s good except the SLOW service at their Starbucks.
