Each time I have ordered, items are usually available for pick up within 2 hrs. Curbside is great but going inside to pick up your order is just as easy! If not available at the store of your choosing I can still have the rest of my order, delivered, also within a reasonable amount of time. Keep up this great service!!4 weeks agoStore is in disarray and the selection of merchandise is not as good as many other targets. It’s sort of strange when you think to rate a target but maybe that’s because this one has Walmart vibes. Nothing significantly negative happened when I visited but I won’t be going back to this one

2 months agoI went to this target location Walters Crossing to ask if they do money orders or money gram and they were really rude to me and said NO with attitude. I guess I will continue on going to Walmart across the street their much nicer believe it or not. Walmart has come along way and they offer more to their customers. And self checkout at Walmart extremely professional now. My favorite Walmart to go to is 1505 N. Dale Mabry Highway the best customer service especially self check out fantastic, professional and fast response especially in the mornings all the way to the afternoon. Target has changed a lot for the worse unfortunately all locations they’re not family oriented anymore so.. sad.4 months agoWas at the self check out yesterday night about 8 or 8:30 pm and was cut off by another customer who was on her phone. The customer said “no, I was next” and I followed up with “no, I was” and then she states “whatever I’m not going to argue about it.” I proceeded to walk toward the self check out, as I was next and waiting for the last few minutes. The team member at the self check out with pink/blond hair tells the customer who cut me off that “she did the right thing for letting me go first” and “that’s what Targets about” even though I was next. Then the team member with pink/blond hair started giving the customer who cut me off her employee discount, among other discounts. Both of them continued to talk very loudly about how she did the right thing and about all the discounts given. I am very discouraged that Target employees reward bad behaviors like this, and then speak bad about other customers. I am disappointed as I always go to this Target, but will be switching to Whole Foods from now on.4 years agoTarget is on the 2nd floor, it is very clean, neatly set up with a lot of options of things to buy. I love the new mid century line edition. Definitely a must stop!

Decent selection, certainly better than some Targets, especially for “home goods”, but then you get the lines that span the entire length of the store, and sometimes a box will contain random other objects. The staff on the floor (few of them that are still around) are always friendly and helpful and apologetic for the challenges. It’s a shame Target corporation can’t manage to fix these kinds of basic issues. Hire enough staff!
Target is conveniently located nearby. It is well organized and has a wide variety of products in stock. You can find everything you need including fresh fruits, vegetables, and different types of meats. The grocery items are always fresh and readily available.
The store offers a great selection of books and novels for purchase. Personally, I am a big fan of their men’s clothing section, particularly their activewear which is perfect for gym workouts. Additionally, their shirt collection is exceptional.
Although the prices at Target may be slightly higher compared to other stores, they offer a diverse range of products including items for the home, kitchen, and baby. Personally, we enjoy shopping at Target, particularly for clothing, as it is our preferred store.

The woman who took care of my pick-up order today (08/21/2023 around 11a.m.) was super nice and efficient! There was 1 other guy working that area and between the both of them taking phone calls for pick-up orders and doing in-person pick-ups and returns, they kept everything running very smoothly! I always have a wonderful experience in Target!
I had a wonderful experience at New Tampa Target. I was searching for green two-prong folders, but they weren’t on the shelf. Mary, a customer service representative, was incredibly helpful. Although she couldn’t find them in the stockroom, she checked with a colleague who had them near aisle two. Mary’s responsiveness and excellent service make me eager to return to the Target store in New Tampa.
Tons of personnel walking around in the store but only have 4 checkout lanes open out of 14 smh. And the online order pick up needs the a major increase in personnel working it. Waited 30+ min for a drive up order. Why have all those people walking around in the the store if customers can’t checkout in a timely manner. 😑 I see everyone talking on the radios but no extra help comes where it’s needed. DO BETTER MANAGEMENT!
