    I ordered a vaccum online because my local store didn’t have the one I wanted. I was sent one that had obviously been used. I was able to return it to my local store for a refund. I didn’t realize that Target sent out used item when new ones were ordered.

    I ordered my item for pickup and no one came outside to bring it to my vehicle after I put the parking spot number. And this was before the it starts to rain. I waited 10 to 15 minutes and no one came out. Plus, it was drizzling at this time. I called the store and connect to the Customer Service Desk. No one answered of course. I parked and went inside. I saw there were three people at Customer Service. There was no reason for one of them to not do their job. Now I am late coming back from my lunch break for work. I will not be coming back to this Target anytime soon or never.

    Me and a friend went 2 three yes THREE locations 2 find a pair of shoes for an event. 1st location(westbank) had the shoe as a display but wasnt the correct size. We were told that the shoe was available in metairie; correct size n color. 2nd location (metairie) didnt have the shoe and suggested the saleswoman incorrectly said METAIRIE but meant KENNER. 3rd location (kenner) initially said they didnt have the shoe at all but after much interaction the miraculously found the shoe in the back employee area…after 30-45 minutes. Who knows mayb they loved the shoes n had intention on purchasing them 4 themselves. Naturally this made us late for said event. On a side note I saw sum great graphic tees. Have a look😮 Thanks Tar-get!

    I really like this store. It is an endless, one floor Target. It has everything you want including Starbucks. It is also inside the mall. The staff is really nice and helpful. One star off because you can’t take the cart inside the mall although there is a door open to the mall. It is like that you have to park next to Target and visit only Target.

    Employees are so rude and I just had a horrible experience. Price matching is one of the reasons I love Target, and they immediately denied it. They spoke to me in a condescending tone, I love target but I would 10000000% rather do self checkout or never go to that store again. I left the store feeling horrible bc of how I was treated.

    I was in this Target yesterday on a very short lunch break from work. As I approach the check out, an associate says to the person in front of me in line, “there’s self-check out only, the cashier went on break”. I look behind me and there is already four people behind me with full baskets trying to check-out also. I had a substantial amount of items in my basket and needed to get back to work. It took me 30 minutes to get out of Target after reaching that check out line! If I didn’t really need the medicine I had in the cart for my child, I would have left everything there. How can Target have ZERO cashiers to check people out around lunch time??! If this is what’s up, I won’t be going back to this location. I will say that the store was better stocked up this time, versus a few months ago when there were shelves empty and the place was a mess.

    Mark helped me find a present for my little cousin & asked about my day. Then I didn’t get her name but a young girl cashier was so nice and helpful with the app.

    Great store with tons of merchandise. We went for some birthday gifts but found they had a few different bags of frozen veggies for .95 and .99 cents.

    This place is great before 10am.

    Anytime after the line is ridiculous. TARGET NEEDS TO PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES SO THEY CAN STAFF REGISTERS. NO ONE should be self checking out with more than 15 things! Stop worrying about shareholders and worry about your customers. I won’t be back unless it’s for something specific I can’t find anywhere else no more leisurely walking the aisles wasting my disrectionary money.

  1. Very large target. I was just at a target yesterday where they were removing the Starbucks and they doing the same here. Okay now what’s going on with target and Starbucks.

  2. Is Target turning into Walmart??? Every time I come to this location there is only 1 cashier working the whole store. I will not do self checkout with a basket full of groceries. But there are never any cashiers on the second floor. Horrible experience shopping here on my last trip. Had the cashier on the second floor literally ignore me because he was at the end of his shift. Very poor customer service, I think I’ll be heading to Trader Joe’s

  3. You need to open more registers to assist customers. Everyone does not want to use self check out. This is ridiculous. I came to shop and not check my own items out at the self check out. Do better target and hire more people to work these registers. And stop making the excuse that people don’t wanna work. This is why I don’t spend a lot of my money at places that have more self check out then cashiers🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

  4. My friends, family, and I prefer Target over Walmart because Target treats their employees better and Target stores – regardless of size – are always cleaner, more inviting, and better quality products than Walmart. We don’t mind paying a little more for better quality products, better experience, and better treatment of employees. I loathe being forced into a Walmart, what a miserable place. I feel like I’m contributing to abuse of the employees by even walking into a Walmart. We’re basically voting for fair treatment with our wallets.

    Also, I *LOVE* happening upon The Best Target. My bf and I are vacationing in New Orleans and searched Target on Google Maps. We just went to the closest one because he needed Advil and I needed almond milk. WELL, there was a HUGE skincare section which enabled me to purchase the entire line of CocoKind skincare that I had been wanting so badly but didn’t know where to get without ordering online and having to wait for delivery or going to Wholefoods (now owned by Amazon, thus contributing to even more unfair treatment of employees). THANKS! You made my day, saved me time, and also my skin feels much better immediately.

  5. So this will be about the Drive up to pickup online orders.;
    First off 5 Stars for the employees that bring you and load up your stuff. They are amazing especially considering how under staffed and over worked they are. My issue comes in with the employees who shop and pack up your order. We have used this online pickup service regularly for over a year now and the problems with our order has been getting more frequent as of lately. Our produce would be already partially rotten by the time we get home (which is 2 minutes away), we would be missing part of our order, or we could get the wrong items. Sometimes if we didn’t go pick up our order within an hour after they say it’s ready they have on occasions put our order up without notifications. Please keep these situations in mind when shopping online with them for drive up pickup.
