I do not like how items are cheaper on the Target App and then when you try to mention this to manager at check out they always seem to give a big long spiel how you have to ring everything up on the target app then do this that and the other to get the cheaper price. They just seem to give the run around to try and confuse you rather than just pricing the items off of the app prices! It is extremely confusing!!

I was there this past Thursday mid morning for cleaning supplies along with other items in the store. I came across this young lady named Maria, who helped me find all the items I was looking for since a lot of things were moved since the last time I shopped here. She was so hands on and helpful even stopping what she was doing to help me. There were a few items I needed that were not on the shelf she was kind enough to go to the back and pull those items for me all while helping others at the same time. I’ve asked other employees for help but no one helped me the way she did. All while having a beautiful smile on her face the whole time. I asked her if she was part of management so I can compliment her to management and let them know what a wonderful helpful employee they but she said not yet. Definitely need more employees like her, management, do your job !! Thanks again Maria you made my shopping experience that much easier and hassle free.

The grocery entrance is closed, it used to be so convenient if you just needed a couple of things and could use the self checkout. So many items are in locked cabinets. No one is there to open them. When they finally come, they have attitude and twice rolled their eyes at me. Recently, I asked if a worker had the key, he just said “no” and went right back to what he was doing, not offering to find someone who did have the key. Going to just order on Amazon or go to another store from now on. Not worth the hassle.

both times I’ve come here there’s NOBODY in the electronics dept. plenty of employees passing by. Today there’s me and another person waiting, it’s been at least 30 min for him and a little less for me. one person claimed that they sent someone over here but it’s been 15 min since then

The negative review is mainly because this store is not “Deaf Friendly.” I needed to buy an allergy medicine. The allergy meds are behind locked glass door which was a bit silly because it’s right in front of the pharmacist’s eyesight. It had a small speaker on the door saying to wave under the sensor to activate the speaker.

Well, for one, I am Deaf. I cannot hear if someone is speaking to me through the speaker. I cannot speak to the speaker asking for assistance. There is no button to press to alert someone. So, I had to walk all way down to the grocery area to flag someone to walk back with me so I can grab a basic generic store brand allergy med. The worker was nice and helped me out.

What made this whole experience a nonsense was that this store is DIRECTLY across from the biggest school for the Deaf in Southern California. Riverside has a large Deaf community. I hope the store manager reads this and reconsider how the shopping experience is for the Deaf folks who frequent this store and identify and update these pain points. This is the 21st century. Let’s get on with the time 🙂 okay rant end. Thank you!

My Target is a store that for some reason remains critically understaffed! Yet when my husband needed a job (yes over qualified, but needed), he couldn’t even get an interview! People cannot continue to wait in line for these ridiculous wait times especially elders and AD’s! Plus, they are constantly low on stock. So, what would prevent you from hiring able bodied, clean record People? Something is not right at this store, but they need to get it together soon!

Target Department Store in Redlands,California is taking this store to a whole new level with the complete remodel and great fresh changes throughout the entire store! Every department has or is being completely redone-fresh wall displays, new flooring, new wall effects, new frozen food boxes, wider aisles and so much more-it looks so fresh and there are still more revs to be completed in a few weeks! Target in Redlands has really taken this store to a whole new place! I could also tell they are completely up to speed on healthy shopping as well-stickers on the ground reminding all to keep a safe distance ,the entire store staff is face covered, store staff guiding people at the check out area to avoid crowding, staff cleaning shopping carts, lucite window shields, wider aisles, and much more! . . . . #targetstores #targetredlands #newstore #goodfellowsclothes #targetstoreremodel #freshtargetstore #redlandsshopping #mountainview #ilovetarget

Big changes coming! Open during construction. From treats to threads and those vegan options like Amy’s. They have a grocery section and list the regional farms where it comes from. From a year ago…edited with a few photos mid remodel- yes again.

  1. I ordered a stroller online and decided to use the drive up option it was the best decision ever. As soon as I pulled into the parking spot and clicked I’m here the employee had my merchandise and placed it in my passenger side I was in and out of that parking spot so fast it was awesome considering I had a few more errands to run I will definitely be shopping this way again. So convenient.

  2. DISGUSTED. I never leave reviews but today is a different story. 1 star is even too much of a compliment for this store. I stopped by at this store for the first time afterbeing in the area and picked up a Remington cordless shaver after seeing that it had great reviews. After a long ride home I open it to charge it AND IT WAS ALREADY USEDDDDDDDD🤮 not only used but it was a whole different brand. Completely different from what’s on the box and it was scratched up with hair and dead skin all through out it. While thinking it was new, I opened this contaminated device without even having gloves on and there’s no cover on the blades. This is a serious health risk I have a cut on my hand, imagine if the previous user cut themselves with the blade (which could’ve happened). I am absolutely disgusted. Only for the manager to tell me that I can return it at another store location possibly if I had used cash… and when I requested another one for free after this inconvenient experience she said I can drive back 45 minutes for a 5 dollar gift card. I’m beyond disgusted and will stay far from this store. Here are some photos after I put gloves on

  3. The drive up after online order is the way to go!! They are super fast, efficient, and the employees are super nice. We’ll definitely be back to this location.:

  4. Since when do target managers get to make their own rules. Get corporate to make you guys a sign. I didn’t try going for a return for this specific “new rule” but just from previous experience this target sucks.
