a month agoYou have lost sight of the customer experience when most pharmacy/personal care items are locked behind glass (even basics like toothpaste and deodorant), many items are out of stock, pharmacy lines stretch across multiple aisles, there are 14 people in the self checkout line, and barely any cashiers.a month agoThis is the only full-sized target in Saint Paul, which makes it the business. Yet there are only ever 2-5 lanes open and a consistent 15+ people in the self-checkout at either end of the store. If you’re going to encourage people to do pick-up orders or shop online by limiting the number of cashiers then at least get employees that will actually TRY to shop the items ordered for pick up. I finally gave up on shopping this location in person so I ordered pick up. I was notified that the items I ordered were out of stock. I had to go to this location anyway to get my other other pick up order so I decided to go in and look for the “out of stock” items. Totally found the items I ordered in stock. Such a waste of time.2 months agoNever left a review before but wanted to leave a review for Devon who was my cashier.. he was so friendly and took great care in bagging my groceries as if they were his own. Small things like this are noticed and make you feel good. Much appreciated Devon, even though I told him..a year agoI love Target in general. I like this one as it’s a nice size and always seems to be well stocked. I’ve always had friendly cashier’s and staff. The best thing about this Target is the this new Ulta area! It’s just am amazing area with so many fun things!! I haven’t had a chance to really explore it but it will stop some trips to the mall. Absolutely excited about this addition. I’m not sure if all locations are going to have this or only select ones. But absolutely a fun addition to am already great location.3 months agoI’d just like to give a shout out to an employee who helped me today find food for my picky feline. She was very kind, very informative, and was very patient with me while I told her my struggles I’m having getting my cat to eat! Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding and going out of your way to help me. I appreciate it, and my cat does as well 😊

a month agoTarget is like a big upgraded Walmart , place was clean and the check out was fast prices are high to the sky 🌌6 months ago4 out of 8 self-checkout lanes are out of order…on a Saturday?? The line is backed up to the produce section. Do better, Target. If you’re not going to pay cashiers to check out your customers, make sure your self-checkout is functional.7 months agoI put in a order pick up at target and out of 15 items I only got two of them. I spoke to one of the supervisors and all she said to me was “well at this point you will have to go and search for all the items by yourself, and that was the only solution that she gave me.” and this comment was made to me, while employees were visibly eating theirfood at the order pick up cashier is lane.5 months agoI will avoid this target. I shopped one night at 8:15 pm. They had one cashier and self checkouts open. There were long lines for both…10 customers at least waiting to get checked out. There were about 20 target workers filling online orders but no one came to open more cashier lines. I tried to talk to a manager. The manager was rude and not willing to open up more lines. She just blamed it on being short staffed. This store is mismanaged and not using their resources efficiently. Target is losing business. They should look at how to serve their customers better.2 weeks agoI hate shopping here – they’re always out of stuff and the checkouts are usually super-slow. BUT – they do have a lot of good plant-based products…

Great store and selection but one thing is consistently annoying: target personnel restocking shelves routinely budge in front of you or just walk into an aisle without looking. I’m trying to shop… can you please look where you’re going and not force customers to quickly halt their carts so they don’t run into you? I’m constantly stopping or maneuvering around employees who either aren’t paying attention or, worse, see that I’m there and just rush out of a side aisle right in front of me. I don’t understand what’s so difficult about being courteous.
Probably one of the best staffed Targets in city. But yet another reason to question shopping this local company. I wrote up this product months ago that it should be removed as when I i went to use the sprayer the top completely dissolved in my hand and BLAM-bleach everywhere. They do not care. I suppose I could send them a bill for my time & bathroom items destroyed by the product. When the floor staff are this disenchanted to put that out like picture, it is a sign to me top management needs their parachutes taken away.
I returned an item today, and was surprised at how easy it was. Fast, easy, and no receipt required! The follow-up survey took a lot longer than the return. 🙂
Unfortunately for me this Target felt like an uncaring Walmart.
I brought my entire experience to a staff member who just sighed in agreement.
I’d give you less than 3 stars, but it looks as if Walmart is what you are striving for.
Alsi was the best employee ever. She took time to help me find a car seat only in stock in back even though she was working the fitting room at the time. Thank you again!!!!
