Target is a super market store where you find almost everything for home kitchen food toileteries snacks drinks cosmetics and what not except branded clothes and shoes etc. The display here is well done and spaced well. The service at cash counters is good. Overall a nice regular experience for home needs at a good price.

The pickup option is so good, they have the best staff working it and they’re so quick. You have to wait forever at Walmart, but Target is so fast and painless

Edited-on another note, when you go in the store not a single person speaks to you. I was there for quite a while, at one point desperately looking for something. With workers everywhere, no one asked if I needed something and I had to get my app out to find it

My favorite Target in Lincoln! Always clean, organize, and well stocked. The pharmacy staff is quick to help, friendly and willing to explain when necessary.

I’m giving this Target a bad rating, because of the cashier, Hailee. I spent 91.00 today at Target and do expect a welcome from the cashier, but instead I received a glare from her and I think she may have wanted to go on break, but then i show up….Target was not busy at 6:00pm and she had my parcels all bagged up waiting for me to put in my cart….I asked her to put the bags in the cart so i could get out my charge card and pay….she did do this for me. She handed me the charge slip and did not say a word….but glared at me..I said to her “do you know how to say thank you”….she said nothing. I left and told her I was going to report her…..she left her station and walked away. I really like this Target on South 40th….the prices are good and I generally find what I’m looking for, but the customer service stinks and she is not the only one that has poor customer service. Usually it is the younger cashier’s that have poor customer service. Doesn’t Target train their employees on customer service? I usually put my bags back in my cart after the cashier rings them through, to save time, and we work as a team when it is busy. But tonight she had all my items rang in and bagged before I could get my credit card out and I know she didn’t like it when it told her to put the bags in the cart.

I did a drive up and the service was great. The associate was kind and friendly. Only issue was you are out if some things I ordered. Otherwise everything else was great.

I love Target. Their prices are very competitive and often cheaper than my local supermarket. It’s fun to go in person and see the store layout and the actual items. Quality is consistently above average. It’s my go to store!

This is the only Target I shop at in Lincoln. For one, it is a bit smaller than the others so if I forget something on one side of the store I don’t feel like I have to be marathon trained for retrieving the item and retracing my steps. 😉 The staff are kind and helpful and remind me of the people who ran businesses in my small hometown. Hardest days to shop are Mondays as they may or may not have a popular item in stock due to weekend rush, but that doesn’t generally bother me.

Probably the first time I was very disappointed with Target. Returning an item that was $30. My original purchase amount was $70. So I was not returning $40 worth of merchandise just one item that did not fit. I had used an $11 gift card when making the $70 purchase however because I did not want another gift card and ask them to apply it to my target red card credit, I was told she would not do that. I told her I would not really be returning the other $40 worth of items so there was no reason not to allow that $11 gift card to be payment on those. I don’t find that target is the discount store that used to be as far as prices. But I always enjoyed the fact that it was easy to purchase and return can you. I guess that’s not the way it is anymore. I could get a lot of the items that I purchased at target at my local Walgreens for about the same price and it is in my neighborhood. I choose to go to target because their policies have always been so good and easy to deal with. I won’t be doing that anymore.

Eric is the man! He helped me in the electronics department and was nothing other than completely helpful. He took the time to understand my needs and help me out. He went above and beyond. Thank you!!

Frustrated to return an item from an online order, and have to receive the credit as a gift card, even though I paid with my debit card, had the receipt and returned the item only days after receiving it! Very unhappy about that.

  1. Self check out is a joke! You have employees standing around watching you scan, why not scan my items for me!? There is literally not one person at the register in the mornings. I’ll stop going to Target just for this. It’s becoming like a Walmart.

  2. Very satisfied looking for item and found it much cheaper than three other stores. Placed order for pickup in two hours, purchase was ready in less than 30 minutes. Will online shop with target again.

  3. Fitting room closed at 530pm… What kind of business are you running where you sell clothes but can’t spare one employee to staff a fitting room? Time to pay people a competitive wage so they want to work for you. Oh boo hoo, my corporate profits might hurt if I pay people enough to provide a basic customer experience. Enjoy your race to the bottom Target!

  4. It’s like being in a walmart. Shelves are empty. I used to buy fruits here and now they are bad and empty shelves. The checkout. BAD BAD. Lines are LOOOONNNGG and self checkout..some are out of service, and there’s only 5 of them 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
