Most confusing store ever, no clear exit signs! First time coming, was walking around, getting items and couldn’t find exit. The store doesn’t seem to be too large but when you’re walking back and forth, should be easier to spot the exit. Imagine if there’s a fire and people in full panic mode would have hard time finding exit!

Other than that, good store. Very clean and well organized, plenty of carts and baskets.

Target in Eastlake always has what I need. I went in for my favorite Good and Gather beverage and found all on my list. At times, I think the store will not have vegetables like Tomatillo or be out of garlic but I’m glad I found it all late, Sunday night. Check out clerks are always friendly and environment plus parking feels safe enough. I’m satisfied with the new product choice and variety.

Only adding 5 stars for the employee at the Eastlake location named Lina! She is extremely helpful. Every time I come in contact with her she takes the extra step to help you use your app and coupons or saves you money. Such a sweet helpful woman!

I usually love shopping at this target. Today was the exception. I had the most uncomfortable interaction with the checkout cashier. I went up to her lane started placing my items on counter, usually cashier will great you and start scanning items. She didn’t, no big deal finished placing all my items. I greeted cashier no response, again no big deal. As she is scanning my items she turns to my sister and says Ma’am would you like a bag for your small items? My sister turned to me as I was the one that was paying. I proceeded to tell cashier no thank you. She gave me no eye contact, what followed next was awkward she would scan and item and stop till I removed it from counter. My sister and I looked at each other like what is going on. Long story short when she finished scanning my items. Her tone full of disgust she said your total is $105.00 like she couldn’t be bothered with me. My total was $105.92. I payed in full and left. My sister and I were like what just happened. This cashier was giving Walmart cashier vibes. At the end of the day cashiers a play an important role in customer store experience. A little fun fact I am mexican my sister is half white. She looks 100% white. My sister was treated with respect while I was treated like trash. Do better, be better. Thank you for all the other target employees who are absolutely wonder.

I just wish they carried more clothes in my size and maybe not such a joke about what they do carry. They have L, XL and S, and XS all day every day, but never have anything in Medium. I mean it- no underwear, bras, tops, or bottoms. It’s like they realize the tiny little teens spend on the fast fashion and the maternity section is a better deal than Motherhood Maternity, but what about regular sized women? We exist. There is even a huge section for obese customers, but what about just regular size?? Are there really THAT many obese people in Chula? I don’t see that when I look around… and why do they need their own section? Why aren’t we wearing the same stuff, but in different sizes, coming right off the same rack? And why does the obese section have more modest offerings, but the few regular sized things I can find are clearly cut for a red light worker? Target: stop pushing fat as happy and skimpy as acceptable. Even your kids department is trying to make the little girls look way older than they are. The average customer does not appreciate the sexualization of children and the average customer is not Lizzo 🙄

  1. During the busy Sunday, they only had 3 cashiers open out of 12. Literally spent 45 minutes in the line just to pay for my items. Will never go to this location again.

  2. I had an amazing experience with Target this morning. I did an online order and it was ready before the two hours, I then went and picked up my order and grabbed some other items and checked out in less than ten minutes! The online ordering is so convenient and the pick up people are so accommodating. The self check out is a breeze.

  3. Did they steal all of their shopping carts from Food4Less? Over the past couple of years, this store has become the worst by far for not having working shopping carts. They also make no effort to clean the garbage out of them before putting them away. Nothing makes me want to spend $0 in a store than dragging around a noisy, bumpy, filthy shopping cart. I’ll go to Bonita Plaza from now on until Broadway can figure out how to clean their store up.

  4. Title: Disappointing Experience at Target Store with Unpleasant Encounter

    Rating: ★

I recently visited my local Target store on May 7th, around 11:15 am, and unfortunately, my overall experience was quite disappointing. While there were aspects of the store that were satisfactory, my encounter with an employee named Maria S was particularly unpleasant and left me feeling dissatisfied.

Starting with the positives, Target Store maintained a clean and organized shopping environment, which made it easy to locate products. The variety of merchandise available was impressive, and the store had a generally pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, most of the staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful, contributing to a more positive shopping experience.

However, my experience with Maria S was the low point of my visit. When I approached her for assistance, she appeared visibly unhappy and was rather rude in her response. In a dismissive and impolite manner, she curtly stated, “I’m close!” This interaction left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated, as it seemed she had no interest in assisting customers or addressing their needs.

As a customer, I believe it is essential to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, Maria S’s behavior did not align with these expectations, and it greatly affected my overall impression of the store.

It is important for businesses like Target Store to recognize the impact that such negative encounters can have on customers. Every customer interaction shapes the overall perception of the establishment, and it is crucial for employees to uphold professional and courteous behavior consistently.

While I understand that employees may have off days, it is imperative for management to ensure that customer service standards are upheld throughout the day, even during busy periods. Encouraging a positive and customer-oriented culture through training and support can greatly contribute to an enjoyable shopping experience for all patrons.

I sincerely hope that Target Store takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue promptly. Despite my disappointing encounter with Maria S, I acknowledge that individual experiences may vary, and others may have had more positive interactions at this location.

In conclusion, my visit to Target Store on May 7th, 11:15 am, left me with a sense of dissatisfaction due to the rude behavior displayed by employee Maria S. It is my hope that Target Store recognizes the importance of providing exceptional customer service and takes appropriate steps to ensure all customers are treated respectfully and courteously at all times

  5. Every time I shop at Target the employees are so friendly and helpful! I buy several items there that aren’t available anywhere else. I’m especially happy to see how INCLUSIVE Target is and adore it’s PRIDE line. Btw, I am a 70-year-old straight woman.
