Employees are completely overworked at this location. They looked drained. The staffing numbers are horrible. Not enough employees at all. Too much self check out and the last I checked, I do not work for Target. If Target wants consumers, they need to hire more human bodies.
It doesn’t matter what time, nor day coming here! I’m always greeted, while entering! I had several employees asked if I found everything ok, yes I did, thanks for asking! As for the product, amazing stuff! Everything is organized
really great staff; hate that i have to call them over every single time i want to look at a product now that they’ve put up the product cages. i feel bad they have to run back and forth just for me to look around. when i shop, i browse in detail, read ingredients, and i’m indecisive. definitely spending less money here and am less inclined to consider new products with those gates. i’m embarrassed to say i was always excited to shop at target because it was an experience and i was always trying new products but now i have to stick to what i know. i hope management takes these gates down. the employees clearly don’t want them there and neither do the regular shoppers here.
If I could give this location 0 stars I would. First they lock up the formula because of theft fine…but atleast have someone thats able to access the formula in or around the department so customers are able to get what they need. Having to ask associate after associate for somebody to open a case and having them call on their walkies for assistance for no one to show up at all. I stopped waiting after 45 minutes got tired of asking and waiting. Terrible service. Ill take my business to Walmart!
The store is always very well organized, bright, and clean. They always have whatever I need and more. The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. I love the ambience in Target and I do recommend this location and all of them to family and friends! I would like to add that on this trip to Target I did get a kick out of the detergent being locked up but I was told it was because of thievery so I understood. I still would recommend Target to anyone.🙂
