I stopped in to make a return and ended up with a few things.

Overall, I enjoyed shopping at this Super Target. I visited just a tad after opening so it wasn’t busy at all. The staff was also stocking the shelves and cleaning up.

My return at Guest Services was super easy and fast. Present your receipt and it goes back to the credit card used. Since that was a matter of seconds, I figured I’d browse a bit.

The store looked good overall but we know some areas require more work. I went hunting for a candle and one of the assistants was helpful in finding it. Some of the product wasn’t in the right area, so I moved it.

    Again, a good first visit.

This Target is right by our house and I love coming here, especially if I just need something really quick. It’s always clean, target pick up employees are always so nice, and the self check out line moves pretty quickly even when it’s long. 10/10

Hi there! I love shopping at your location and to make it nicer, it would be great if you all could start carrying Beatbox’s newest flavor Hard Tea! It’s delicious and perfect for the summer and it would be great to be able to grab them on my next visit to you store!

I was extremely disappointed but who I believe is Loss prevention and member of leadership. I had intention to stop by and purchase an ottoman that I found at my last visit at this location, purchasing a chair. I only avoided the purchase then because of the size of products. As I always do, I visited with my earbuds in and had a small bag that contains my wallet, keys and airpod case. As I am looking at big items theres an employee with a blue shirt that ensures I hear them, asks me if I needed assistance. It was in that moment that I felt uncomfortable for the first time ever in this Target or any other. When you go into a store you want to feel welcome enough and comfortable enough to walk in and pick up what you need just like the people they AREN’T profiling. I wouldn’t feel comfortable going into someone’s house that’s going to watch me the entire time. Am I supposed to think “they’re just making sure I’m not stealing any of their valuables.”? I’m going to leave immediately because that’s just not how you treat somebody that you “WELCOME” into your business, home, etc. Racially profiling isn’t someone doing their job! It’s them discriminating, belittling, and downright prejudice! Even if none of us have any intentions on purchasing anything, we should be able to go into any store and walk around freely without feeling followed by loss prevention. I guarantee some suburban mom walks into Target right now, she’s going to have all the freedom she needs to pick whatever she came there for. When in reality, she’s probably the reason why the batteries always comes up short during inventory because it gives her a rush. Bottom line is, it’s never to okay to follow any of us around because our skin doesn’t look like yours. I have shopped at Target religiously and recently opened a credit card to take advantage of the discount and this likely is going to have me reevaluate it all. I encourage you to search my rewards account 817-***-****. I spend money and barely EVER return items so why was it this time that Target treated me this way. Was it because I am a black male who entered the store with a bag? If I ever shop here again, I won’t do that again and hopefully I am not forced to come back. I’d rather wait in Walmart long lines than ever experience this again. You’ve lost a good customer. I will be taking this survey response to other platforms and will also be submitting another complaint because I have INTEGRITY and reentered the store to buy an extension cord that the cashier overlooked in my cart. I am so uncomfortable and disappointed.

Firstly, I love target lol. However this is MY target so it’s extra special for me. Recently I had a pickup order that I forgot to switch to drive up until I showed up and I forgot to tell them I was “on my way” a few minutes before arriving. So I arrived before checking in then when checking in I switched my pickup method.. I know, what a irresponsible customer I was being. Fortunately the employees here are awesome! No one made me feel bad and when they came out with my order after a few minutes they gave me a gift card for waiting patiently! I could not believe it. Thanks y’all! So sweet! I’ll keep coming back here as long as I live close.

  1. Thought I walked into a Walmart 😆 This place is an absolute mess. Only one register and self checkout open on a Sunday. And a lot of stuff is not stocked.

  2. Hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a Target store. I came once a year ago and the temperature in the store was way too hot. Thought nothing of it after I left cause I rarely am out in Grand Prairie but I just happened to be at this location again last week and I’m sweating the whole time cause it was so hot. Don’t think they have had any AC for at least a year and I’m concerned for the guests and ESPECIALLY the workers. You will want to choose a different store in the area if you are thinking of coming here.

    Do better Target!

  3. Out of all the targets I have been to I have to admit that this store is an absolute mess. Not only is it a mess but they don’t have things in stock. Went to the men’s department and clothing was scattered all over the floors and racks. Long wait time at self check out also and it’s hot on the store.

  4. Target management please 🙏 you need more attention in your bathroom 🚻 area is absolutely disgusting 🫣 all the time.
Always dirty and so bad smell.
Come on whatever person is in charge of maintenance is doing a terrible job here, all people complain about the horrible smell in batrooms just if you need to wash your hands only!!

  5. Sent my daughter to pick up my online order and only 4 items out of 11 were placed in the car, yet I recieve a message saying my entire order was picked up when it wasn’t. Please get this situated properly, as this is the 3rd time this has happened. I wish there was a better Target around here.
