Excellent Target.
The remodel is really nice with everything laid out in a way that’s fun to browse.
The customer service was also quite helpful. Self checkout was easy to use and quick.
We had one stumble because a couple of items we came for showed as available in the app but were out of stock on the shelves. We really appreciated the aisle information in the app. It made things super quick to find.
Our trip was fast and easy though I could have stayed for hours.
The core of this store is a small army of young people that fan out throughout the store ensuring the smooth day to day operations.The store is a massive undertaking. Whether it’s clothing, groceries, electronics, pet supplies, just to start with, Target offers a huge selection of merchandise. Priding themselves on a diversified workforce, offering great value and customer service, Target seeks to earn your loyalty. Whenever I have a question about where to find something a Team Member, no matter how busy, is very respectful and guides me where I need to go. On my last visit, my wife and I were leaving the store, when the check out employee came running up to us and presented the new phone my wife left behind.This store is a class act.
This place is rarely stocked with what I’m looking for. Especially collectible stuff. Their employees actively poach chase items before they ever hit the shelf.
On top of that, just moments ago, I was making my way to the restroom, where a Target employee was relieving himself. I use the urinal and go to wash my hands. No soap. I’m not saying the dispensers were empty. There were NO dispensers. The Target employee goes directly from toilet stall to register where he starts ringing people up. Touching their food as he rings and bags it. Disgusting.
Used to come here all the time, they have everything I need and customer service was great. The last two years has sucked so I turned to Amazon prime. Was in the area and decided to stop by to get some items I needed. I’ve counted 12 employees almost in the immediate area, I asked for help to purchase a body groomer and was asked to press the button for help and someone else would come help. Been waiting 15 min so far, shift manager has walked by 3 times and makes sure to not have eye contact with anyone so we don’t ask for help. I asked another team member for help and they said they can’t help to keep waiting lol going back to Amazon…update a Latina employee walked by and I asked her for help and she got me help right away. I guess if I ever come back I’ll go to the Latino employees as everyone else seems uninterested in helping lol
Love this place! My daughter is so excited whenever we travel to Target to shop for groceries, toys, ear phones. Target is a treasure chest for fun weekends.
