Worst service ever! Waited over an hour to get assistance with purchasing a sectional. 4 big bulky boxes that nobody offered to assist in loading onto a flat cart even after asking multiple times. When the pallet with the boxes was brought down from a high shelf, 3 employees walked away and said there’s the pallet! All 4 boxes clearly marked as 2-person lift, yet nobody helped me load it on the cart! Employees were useless. Had to load myself! No apology nor assistance from the manager Lorna either!!!! Berenice was useless. Ignored me numerous times after constantly asking her to get me assistance. Shame on you costco! Need to work on your customer service! 0 stars!

They are very busy here, but very well stocked and equipped for the amount of people. The gas station can get quite crammed, so plan ahead and try to come at a time when others won’t.

Their parking lot is at an angle and because of the amount of people that go through, there are generally a lot of carts out there. Let’s just say, I wouldn’t park your Ferrari there!

Other than that, customer service is above average, especially for the area, and the store is well kept.

Worst Costco ever. I love costco but I always avoid this one. They gave me a hot dog with mold on the bread. When I took it back they didn’t even apologize All they said was” This one’s good” I don’t even blame the employees I blame the Managers. If they wouls higher enough Employees they would not have quality issues.

    The Walmart of Costco’s.

The food court setup they have is ridiculous. They only have Kiosks to pay, which you think would be a lot quicker; however it is not! I waited 45 minutes in line for a slice of pizza. What a joke this food court is! Worst Costco food court I have ever dealt with. I will never return here!!!

Spent over an hour after talking to an employee that told me it’ll be a few minutes for a manager. It wasn’t until I talked to Howard that got them moving. Howard was very friendly and made waiting the hour better. He even brought the item I waited for to the front of the store. Thank you again Howard. I hope they promote you to manager.

Who doesn’t love Costco? High-quality items at low prices are always a plus. I can fill my basket with groceries and other items I probably don’t really need and then visit the food court to get a treat for myself and whoever else is with me. I think a lot of people forget they offer services as well, so you can get a good vacation deal or insurance as well. The only things that Sam’s club has better is ability to scan and check out on the app , their bakery has more cakes and cupcakes that I need for parties, and they don’t take Mastercard so I can’t use my company card. If it wasn’t for that I would only need a Costco membership.

Food court is outside and the fans were off. It was hot and a breeze would have been nice. Also the concrete isn’t level and I had to wedge the shopping cart 🛒 wheel into the table.

They just rebuilt the gas driveway and it is a terrible inefficient design. One lane gets 4 pumps while the second lane has access to the other 12. With preoccupied or no attendants this creates a safety hazard for drivers. The person designing these for Costco needs to be fired since they fail to recognize the errors in their design and repeat the same errors at multiple locations. The cities should step in and cite them for the traffic jams they create trying to save a buck. At $5.20 a gallon there isn’t much difference from all the other gas stations other than other stations can be faster at this point. Stores still decent and the food court is pretty standard.

I understand that it is important for whoever is on the Costco card to be present since that’s Costco gets most of its profit from its membership fees. I went to this Costco with my mom’s card (same last name) and the rude cashier said she needed to be present. Luckily, I was with my friend who had his own Costco card so he was able to get his card scanned. I wasn’t even allowed to let him used my card, the cashier asked “and why doesn’t this name match the Costco card?” Her tone implying that we were stupid. So he had to use his own credit card. She could at least be kind and courteous while informing us of Costco’s policies. It’s like she wanted to turn us away even though filling up the cart is a journey.

Costco in Rialto CA: Do’s and Don’ts Every Shopper Should Know

When shopping at Costco, there are several rules and guidelines that customers should be aware of to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. These rules cover aspects such as membership requirements, acceptable payment methods, and return policies. It’s important to familiarize yourself with these rules to make the most out of your shopping trip.

  • Membership: In order to shop at Costco, you must have a valid membership card. There are two types of memberships available: Gold Star and Executive. The Gold Star membership is the standard option, while the Executive membership offers additional benefits such as an annual 2% reward on eligible purchases.
  • Payment methods: Costco accepts various forms of payment including cash, debit cards, personal checks, Costco Shop Cards, and Visa credit cards. However, they no longer accept American Express as a payment method. Additionally, if you plan on paying with a check, you may need to provide a photo ID.
  • Returns: Costco has a generous return policy, allowing customers to return most products with no time limit for a full refund. However, there are some exceptions such as electronics, appliances, and diamonds, which have a 90-day return window. It’s important to keep your receipts handy as they are required for all returns.
  • Product quantities: Costco is known for selling items in bulk, typically larger quantities than you would find in regular retail stores. This is great for families or businesses looking to stock up, but may not be suitable for everyone. Be mindful of the quantity you are purchasing and whether it fits your needs.
  • Food court: Costco’s food court is extremely popular and offers delicious and affordable meals. However, it’s important to note that you do not need a membership to dine at the food court. So, if you’re looking for a quick and inexpensive meal, you can still enjoy Costco’s food without having a membership.

Following these rules will help you navigate your Costco shopping experience with ease. Remember to check for any updates or changes to their policies, as they may vary slightly from location to location. 1. Food quality is pretty good for a Costco however, the service kind of sucks even in their self-checkout they’re all in your face for part of it and then they Wait till you’re actually struggling to scan stuff to come back

  2. Stopped in for fuel on the way home from Yaamava Casino. No waiting in line. Great price as always. Grabbed a pizza to go for lunch. On our way home in less than 20 minutes !

  3. Good products in bulk. Booze(hard liquor large bottles 1.75L) is always priced lower than grocery stores. The pet food is healthy and less expensive than stores. Free samples are always fun. Batteries are pretty good priced. New deals seen to hit every Friday or Saturday.

This is a super busy Costco. It’s hard to gauge their flow but if you see the parking lot is full or backed up to get in lot then maybe wait. Staff has always been good. Layout is decent. They do place certain items out of their normal place… but I think that’s typical of Costco or any retail to keep customers looking and finding other things along the way.

  5. It’s worth it especially when you buy it on sale. Most things come in bulk & family size. If ur single or a couple & don’t mind freezing & refreezing ur food for a couple mths b4 u can finish the whole pack this place is a money saver. Plus u get cashback for each purchase. Alot of it are good stuff.
