Some are cramped, but atleast there’s free samples!a month agoOnly been in the store 3 times with a friend who has a membership. Plus she’s gets gas here regularly. I don’t drive…but I can clearly see it’s worth the membership if you’ll buy gas here regularly.The samples…YUMMY! Plus they can save you money by helping you decide if you like or dislike a product.
The $1.50 hotdog and soda…best hotdog I have ever had for two reasons. A) The hotdog 🌭 is beefy and so very juicy. B) The bun is super soft and flavorful. A real gourmet bun.
But here is where I was beyond impressed. They have a small, but very nice selection of watches. I found one that I ❤️❤️❤️❤️. Gave my friend the money so she could purchase it for me. We had to pick it up after buying it. Which took all of two minutes. Now this watch doesn’t have a second hand…yet it’s time is dead on with my phone. Very impressive.
a month agoGreat place to get good deals. Costco stands behind their products no matter what it is. Something is wrong or doesn’t perform the way you think it should, return it or question what you can do. The food bar is usually great and the prices are affordable. Anytime you can get a pizza for under $10 and not have it taste like cardboard is great! Variety is small but the prices usually can not be beat. I have been a member of Costco since before it was Costco and was simply the Wholesale Club. They offer a variety of different accessories, especially if you are in business for yourself. Clothes are name brand and usually at quite a savings. Depending on what membership you have you can save enough to get a check back at the end of your membership to pay for the next year. I have found that the fresh meat I buy outlast the other grocery stores and stay fresher longer. The best part I think is never having to worry if you lose your receipt. The consistency of products is better than our experiences with a similar membership store. The employees were kind, helpful, and appear to be happy. Lastly, you can never have too much toilet paper.

a week agoSuperb customer service! Great products. Great prices -great hours -clean store.Did I mention great customer service? They definitely appreciate your business.
No games. You buy a membership and the advertised price is what you pay. You can also shop there with a gift card and no membership and they are very upfront that you do not qualify for the sale prices.
They don’t make you download an app and play games with their digital coupons -like Kroger
They offer self-serve checkout if you choose to do that, but don’t force you by having one cashier available -like Walmart.
It all boils down to great customer service!
They also have a wonderful pharmacy.
2 months agoThey always have quality products especially their produce is high-quality and reasonably priced. We always buy k cups there as you can get 120 for less than $40. You cannot beat that! Sure, may be Kirkland brand but tastes as good or better than some name brands. Also, their ground beef is about $4 a lb!! Add to that the tasty treats in their cafe and it’s my favorite place to shop. a month agoWent into the Greenwood, IN location to shop for work. I didn’t have my membership card on me, but did have my boss’ Costco CC on me. Unfortunately, Costco treats all their members like scam artists and reprimands you if you don’t have your membership card on you. On the contrary, I can walk into Sam’s Club, not show my membership card, scan all my items to my Sam’s Club shopping cart on the Sam’s Club app, pay for my items on my app, get a QR code for the employee to scan and verify my cart, and walk out the door. ALL without showing my card. The simple fact that Sam’s Club has made it extremely easy to shop and check out is helping to ensure I never need to renew my Costco membership again.a month agoFirst day at Costco today. Went to membership to get My “Card” like the email said. The older woman was a grouch. No smile, no how are you, etc. Just had the attitude of why are you bothering me and I’ve done this a thousand times and expect you to be more on the ball. Sorry it’s my first time here and it’s a little overwhelming. Door people were friendly tho. No membership card she gave me a printed receipt and of course when I checked out the cashier hated to see that. Another unfriendly person, About 20 carts in line to get their receipt checked. This is a very busy Costco, but the staff is nice. I wish they would corral people around the checkout better, people tend to clump up like sheep and not line up at the checkouts efficiently.
I especially like the bakery – it’s a little weird to order a cake here, because you have to go in and fill out a form and drop it in a box, no phone or online orders. But you can’t beat the price and quality of cake, I think their cake is better than expensive bakeries. Photo attached to show the current offerings and prices.
We’ve been shopping here for years. Good prices on quality items. We love that we can return at any time for any reason, though we rarely need to. Even the Kirkland brand is good stuff. We also like how clean it is. The food court is good too and we often get the frozen yogurt that tastes like ice cream.
