2 months agoVacuum station was great. Easy to use and included in the price of the car wash.The team cleaned the bugs and dirt thoroughly before I went through the car wash. The soft cloth clean was gentle and great, but the guys were definitely the crown jewel of the car wash. They make it the best car wash in town.
4 months agoI have had the monthly plan for over a year now. Great car wash but needs some serious maintenance. None of the side sprays for soap or rinse work. My wife is refusing to take her new car through because it leaves soap/wax on the car.4 months agoThe young people that work there are always very respectful and nice. Which means a lot now days! When I bring my vehicle thru there they always repeat what wash I asked for and if I hand them cash they will say what bill or how much I just handed them. Then waiting for my confirmation they then proceed and bring my change if any owed to me. I know this may sound like nothing to some. But to others as myself it means A LOT! Its called RESPECT! Stop by talk to Ryan he will help with any questions and make sure you are getting the car care you need.a week agoI went there to get a wash. The manager there told me they were running a special. For the price of my wash, I could get a trial month. I told them no thank you because I didn’t want to have to cancel. He told me I wouldn’t have to do that if I didn’t come back and renew it that it wouldn’t charge me. He lied. I had to call the number and speak to a call center to get them to reimburse me. The plus side is the car wash worked ok.a month agoThe place to go! It’s awesome to see well dressed staff, with a smile in their faces while keeping the place running above expectations. Always stocked with products and towels to clean and dry off your car. My family has a monthly plan for two cars and we recommend this location to everyone we know. I have gone to this same car wash for YEARS. The last two times ( one including today) my vehicle was still very dirty. I called and spoke to “Andrew” who said he was one of the managers…. He offered nothing, not for me to bring it back, NOTHING. He just didn’t care. I am just shocked that this different crew is so bad. I won’t be going back
I have utilized this car wash several times in past several months. I am unimpressed to disappointed. The least expensive wash is just as good or as poor as the most expensive. They sloppily prep car prior to run through the mechanized wash. I wish there were a better service provider in the same general area.
Worst waste of money ever. Car was not clean, when talked to manager about it he didn’t care. Gave me a towel to re-wash my own windshield because it wasn’t clean! Made no offer to make it right.
Went from the best to the worst fast!Have been going here for years,last few times I’ve been here I have had to pull out of their automatic wash and pull right into a bay and drop another 10$ to get it clean after spening almost 20$!Today while I was re-washing my vehicle, I hurt myself slipping.
on the spilled oil all over the ground.TERRIBLY ran business from top to bottom,the staff couldn’t care any less.Will never spend another dollar there!!!
I went back to them immediately after going through their r car wash and showed them my wheels were not clean and they said they did the best they could it must have been a while since last wash. I came home and wiped the wheels off myself! Made a video!
