2 months agoI always used this company even way back when it was Mike’s Express Carwash. The new name just means it’s even better. I always get the Utimate Wash, and noticed that for a very few dollars more, I could get all the washes I want in month. I joined and now I pop in every time I’m nearby. The car looks great all of the time, now. Very happy customer.2 years agoSo I’ve owned my truck about 2 months its got a beautiful flawless black finish… I needed to get the winter crud off…. well now it’s a beautiful black truck covered in tiny scratches and the thing isn’t even clean… will never go back to any crew wash… seems they’ve done away with any prewash now they just drag their machines all over what ever happens to be on the vehicle when it arrives2 months agoLove the idea, but we’ve been getting damage to our truck lately. And of course they cannot see on the cameras where the damage occured. 2 weeks agoI have a Ford F250 and have been going to prime for years and today was absolutely the worst service I have had. The sprayer at the beginning only sprayed the driver side. The middle roller does not even touch the vehicle. The wipers at the back only did a half @$$ job and didn’t wipe the back, shine the tires and missed half the windshield . I tipped them cause I thought they were working.a week agoA couple months back, I took a rental to be washed. I do not own a car, but rather rent long term. The guy pushed the monthly subscription on me even after I declined by telling him that I rent long term. He said no problem. He stuck a barcode on one of their advertisement cards and let me through. I had used that for a while until recently they started hassling me about it. Today they just refused to let me through and told me I could cancel if I didn’t like the new decision. I cancelled.If I’m going to go back to pay per wash, there are two Crew locations that I can do. This place was only convenient because of the exception they made for me renting.
2 months agoI think it could be better. Young people working here are usually always on the phone before attending you. Once I waited a good 6-7 minutes while the worker was on the phone before he guided me into the car wash. I’ve gone twice recently and both times tire shine was not used and my cat was barely wiped down. If you’re going to offer tire shine and car drying make sure it’s done and done correctly. Unfortunately work ethics for this young generation does not exist.10 months agoI went in for car wash last Saturday afternoon. No one was there to check me in. I drove up to the wash station. The girl sitting asked me for my card so she could take it to their sales to check me out. I asked her if I could get the express detailing service as well. She said she will take care of it. On their website the express detailing was listed for 22 bucks. When she gave me the receipt I saw that they added extra stuff worth 30 bucks like seat detailing etc which I never asked for. I was annoyed but since I was already charged and my seats were a bit dirty I decided to go along with it. I waited over half an hour and when I got my car back it was pretty much the way it was before. They didn’t vacuum or even touch the seats. I was ripped off. Never going back there again. Bunch of crooks running the show. They take your card and charge you for things you don’t want and then don’t even deliver the service they charge you for. Please stay away. I contacted their customer service by email and got no resposne. Find the pictures attached.3 months agoIt’s absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous that I pay for a membership at prime, and leave the lot with three different spots of dirt left on my car. There’s no reason it should go through the wash, followed by three different people wiping my car down only to get home with multiple dirty spots that could’ve easily been wiped off. Do not spend your money here. What’s the point if your car is still dirty at the end of the experience?

I live in Georgia and drove back home to Indianapolis to visit family. Decided to get my truck washed after the long drive. As I was going through this CrewCarwash I felt my truck jostled about 1/3 of they way through the wash, as if it had been hit. I got out immediately after the wash and noticed a scratch on the rear left bumper. Got the manager on duty, he took pictures, reviewed the video, confirmed the scratch was not there prior to entering the wash. I was told I’d receive an email within 5 business days. After 9 business days I called to follow up and they said they are denying the claim as there isn’t anything that could have hit and the black truck is “hard to tell if it was there” (even though the scrap is white and obvious to see.) I drove 14hrs just to have my truck damaged by this trash company that doesn’t even have the decency to stand by their manager who was there in-person. You damaged my truck and refuse to pay for it, remember, God doesn’t like ugly. Also note how scratch free my vehicle is and how fresh the white scratch is. I take good care of my things, while Crew Carwash damages them.
I have been an unlimited member of Crew and enjoy their friendly and upbeat employees. For the exterior it is great. So when I saw this locations interior cleaning I figured I would check it out. I don’t think there is value is having in such a wait each time to get this done after you have already waited to get the car washed. This is somewhat disappointing and doesn’t match with their on the unlimited on the ready service for car cleaning.
I was there today 8/24 at around 4pm and the girls that helped me were top level customer service! I always receive great service there, but this time it was so memorable that I had to leave a feedback. Both girls were clear, friendly and always with a big smile.
I met the most cheerful & helpful person this morning. Her name is Kat and she was an absolute delight. It was very clear that she took pride in her job and appreciated me as a customer. The whole team did a great job on my wife’s CR-V.
Interior line going really slow today! Exterior was fine. But this waiting in line that barely moves for
interior is disappointing. Hope this is not the new standard.
