a month agoI visited here 8/10 around 9:30 am for the first time. I was greeted by a friendly white male who helped me get checked in. His customer service was great and he explained everything in great detail in regards to pricing. While my oil was getting changed, another customer came inquiring about the wait time. Justin S. was extremely rude. He told the customer it wouldn’t be long and he could stand in the rain and wait or wait in his car until it was his turn. The other mechanic corrected Justin and told the customer he could wait in his car. Upon check out, I gave Justin cash and my card and requested a split payment. He asked me “What am I supposed to do with this”? He then informed that split payments aren’t allowed. As a fist time customer, I was completely unaware of the policy and he could’ve taken a better approach and told me that. Justin has a horrible attitude and lacks customer service skills. I received fast service and a great price but I won’t be returning due to the bad experience .a month agoThis is a reliable service! I love this place so much that I travel up from South Georgia just to get my oil changes. They are conveniently open on Sundays and reasonably priced. They have great customer service and every service you get a free car wash. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service!2 months agoGreat place. Great staff. Great prices. Free wash was definitely a plus.a month agoI’ve been bringing all my cars to this location. But unfortunately today will be my last time. When I see an employee rocking a huge confederate flag on his left calf. He was still polite but if really feel uncomfortable with him working on my car seeing what the history of the flag means. And me being black.2 months agoJust had my boyfriend go to this place to get my oil change on a Sunday. Best place fr! Free car wash and it’s only $18 something since I always buy my own oil. Will return for sure.

3 months agoI’m the type who much rather use a self service car wash but to be honest there aren’t many I trust in the area so I come here and no lie I love it. The staff is not just friendly but they’re cool too. Like you’ll mess around and end up in a good convo with them. Word of advice, no matter what wash you choose, give the $5 tip. I figured out the secret to the tips. You won’t regret it at all!!5 months agoSome one drew something obscene on my vehicle in pollen… so I needed to get a quick wash…Vacuums are free!! And pretty great suction. I have a white husky and black interior…$10.00 for the basic wash but a plethora of services options. I will definitely be back. Worth every penny.7 months agoI would rate this place a 4/10. I go to a car wash not too far from here but opted to give this place a try because it was close to my final destination. That was my mistake. They charge you $10 for a base wash with no special additives. As opposed to other places of $7 & $8 dollar base washes. They ask for “tips” but don’t do anything besides enter my card into the machine, they aren’t even friendly or helpful, quite frankly if they move out of the way I can do it myself. They don’t offer any washcloths nor window cleaning spray. Their vacuum suction is literal trash. I’m so dissatisfied it made me review a car wash. Do you know how dissatisfied you have to be to take the time to do a car wash review. Yeah, that’s me. I will continue to go to my car wash where it’s worth my time and money, and I even tip them because they come around offering help and even to shine my tires. Do better.5 months agoMy truck back door and glass is always dirty. I ask them to make sure they clean it and he said no problem but still dirty. So my suv is clean but the back doors and rims. Time to find a place that can do SUV good.5 months agoGreat place to get a wash. Good prices all around. The plus is that the vacuums always work well. The floor mat cleaners are great and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

I took my car to get detailed after having a minor fender bender earlier that morning. When I got my car back, it looked better than when I first bought it. They took their time and cleaned every inch from the inside out. You couldn’t even tell I had marks on my car from the accident. I will definitely return.

I’ve been using Shiny Shell for years now, and I am extremely happy with the convenient location, and friendly professionalism of the staff. The drive through car wash, provides a thorough clean, and the self serve vacuums are always powerful, and clean rags are always well stocked.
I purchased a promo they were having in June for 9.99 for two months of car washes. I happened to look at my card transactions and they have been taking 30.00 out of my account for the past 2 months. I was told by a woman on the phone when I called to ask why this was happening, that I should have read the screen when purchasing this promo and what it entailed when purchasing it. Well at this location they actually have attendants that are standing where you pay for your wash and will choose what you want and put your card into the machine for you. I paid the 9.99 for the promo, the attendant gave me my receipt, the gate opened and I drove through. I was not aware or told by the attendant that they would be doing this month to month. If I had a chance to read the screen and the attendant wasn’t there this would have been avoided and I wouldn’t have purchased it in the first place. I used this service one other time within the 2 months of the 9.99 promo. If anyone bought this promo, I urge you to check your account unless you were aware of this. I’ll take my business somewhere else
