I’m a Satisfied Customer 😎8 months agoI feel weird even posting this since I thought that I would get a call back to resolve but I have not so here goes.I went last week and this car wash is so “strong/rough” that it tore my rear view mirror off and tore my front license plate. I’ve never had this happen before at a car wash and was very surprised that this occurred. After reading other reviews I see that I am not the only one that car says that the machines are too rough on vehicles.
The guys were very pleasant and completed an incident report and stated that I should be getting a call back but I have not. I won’t be back and I will tell others the steer clear as well. I have seriously never seen a car wash like this. It literally beat my car up.
4 months agoI initially came into the car wash to cancel my account and go with Moo Moo because they were just closer. But I watched a hardworking individual working hard and very attentive to his customer. I watched that brother and I said, “I ain’t going no where.” Kevin is a dedicated man who wants this location WINNING!! I salute you brother on the real! As long as Kevin is there, I’ll drive 30 miles to wash my car there! Not a problem!a month agoIt has been closed 3 times when I tried to get a car wash. The last time when I went and they were opened, I was told that they had been closed to install new check in systems. How are customers supposed to know when a business is closed ? They were closed for a week. The other 2 times, I don’t know.a month agoDon’t go here, especially if you’re getting serviced by Landon. I used to get my oil change here because it was close to my work and they would give me the same discount valvoline offers. But nope, not anymore. Last time I pulled into Landons lane, and I wasn’t asked what type oil I wanted, automatically assumed I wanted premium synthetic. After getting the oil change, and being in complete shock they used the most expensive oil (which my car does not require), I mentioned to Landon that they usually give me a discount like valvoline offers, but he didn’t care and said no. Oil change came out to be 110 bucks. I asked if he would at least take 100 if I paid in cash. He took the cash, counted it, and then nodded and said yes. Twenty seconds later, he changed his mind and said “you’re 10 short”, even though he already said he would take 100. I took the cash back and he charged my card. I tried calling customer service later that day but nobody picks up or calls you back. It’s been a month and I’ve called several times and nothing has happened- they say nobody is there and they’ll call you back but nobody does. Terrible service all-around, I’ll be returning to Valvoline.

4 weeks agoSplurged for the $22 carwash… I guess I’ll stick with the cheaper washesa year agoLeaves oily black goop all over wheels, hope you don’t have aftermarket like me…the tire shine brush is filthy. Whole left side of car opaque with second oily goop unknown from brushes. Just look at the pics…my car was better off before the wash. Its a mess and the wheels look like I went muddin. Worst moo moo location….Pass scanner doesn’t work half the time. Horrible wash experience here, and this is the “Creme De LA Creme” top wash twice back to back.8 months agoThis location generally isn’t super packed. When I took my car for a Crème De La Crème wash ($18), I felt like the car was still very dirty on the sides. The vacuum I went to was barely picking things up. I think they may just need to upgrade some of their appliances. Personally I prefer the E Main Street location because it gets your car clean after 1 wash.3 years agoGotta luv Moo Moo Express Car Wash!! They make my 15 year old car look brand new every time I get it washed there. That’s why I purchased their monthly wash pass/subscription!! Two Thumbs 👍👍a year agoService was very friendly but the actual car wash left much to be desired. I paid for the most expensive wash ($18) and it looks like it missed the entire back half of my SUV! Very disappointing.

Great place to wash your car. It gets mine clean better than any other car wash I’ve used. I have a monthly membership and i intend to use it often. Get your car washed during the week, because on the weekend its packed.
Good car wash. Sign up for the monthly service for the best option. As long as you go twice a month you’ve already saved money.
My subscription is with clean express in Pittsburgh. I guess I will need to address with them my problem with their sister location. When visiting family in Columbus We went through moo moo with our 4 month old sienna. During the clean, a LOUD noise startled me on my drivers side. Upon drying and inspecting I found a series of small dents on the ridge of one of the door. I followed protocol and filled out a report. When the employee looked I asked what the employee thought and he said it looked consistent with the damage that would be caused by a machine. I then waited for my phone call that I was supposed to get in 72 hours. After 3 weeks and multiple phone calls to corroborate and to the location I was finally able to get ahold of the manager Ryan who was “Just about to call me” to tell me that he reviewed the video and there was no malfunction or damage caused by their equipment.
I asked him to check with his employee who took the report and he let me know that it was him!!! He proceeded to either forget completely (or more likely) lie about our conversation. I now have to determine if I want to file an official claim with the courts out of my home state.
On principle alone I feel compelled to do something. To be completely honest, I am not overly worried about the damage, Its just a car. The damage didnt break the paint and it will not rust because of the damage. As a mechanically minded person, my primary concern is understanding what caused the damage and preventing re-peat issues for me or their other patrons. It is clear to me that the managers primary concern is rejecting any liability regardless of what actually happened.
My frustration is with the Lack of integrity of both the local manager as well as the corporate office who sheds any responsibility for their locations. I have determined that I may be best served to just wash my own car and to share with as many people as possible my experience.
PS I read the other recent reviews…It does smell awful there, another indication of a lack of care or concern from the staff, management and ownership.
Absolutely the best customer service. Replaced my membership pass sticker, always clean and the staff is not only friendly and happy to help but very professional. Manager is awesome too. Highly recommend over other locations
The employees were very polite and helped with what I needed. The only negative thing about this location is the setup with the entrance. If you have a small vehicle, you won’t have any problem. If you have a larger vehicle, you may have to do some maneuvering. But…like I said, the employees were very polite and professional
