a month agoWell Everytime I visit they do an amazing job on my truck never any issues and always greeted with a smile or awesome conversation. The cashiers are very polite and knowledgeable of all services when asked so that I may have an idea of what to do or buy on my my next service ( particularly Lisa she’s Great) to keep my truck looking Great. Thumbs up 👍 Calumet carwash keep up the great work!!!😊a month agoWell I pulled up in the looking to be next for service and the gentleman started screaming at his partner say @#$% another one??? Oh @#$. Very irritated that I wanted service. So instead of getting out of my vehicle to argue with him ( could have been racist) I chose to take my money elsewhere. I’m a hard working man and did not deserve this type of behavior. I will NEVER come here again.10 months agoCaution!!! Soo, The Machine broke down while my car was still inside. A little concerning but the staff sprung into gear to get my vehicle out somewhat safely. If that wasn’t the biggest problem. The cashier yelled down the hallway telling me to come on down and pay for my car wash she’s ready to go as it was the end of the day. but it was done in such a rude manner while my car was still clearly stuck in the middle of the broken Machine!!! I returned the energy telling her I wasn’t paying for anything! Now get my car out of here! she then called her boss explaining how I said I wasn’t going to pay! Exactly what did she expect me to pay for!? She was also upset because one of the workers who is attempting to get my vehicle out told me that there will be no charge. Which also upset her lol She had no concern of my 2019 Cadillac XTS being stuck in this raggedy excuse for a car wash. Once they remove the vehicle covered in soap all the employees had already clocked out. So one young fellow came over to help get the soap off of my car. As the other ones left the premises laughing. I tipped him what I would’ve paid for the full service car wash in. As I here a couple older guys arguing in Spanish using very heavy language. That I cannot repeat in this. I would’ve done better going to a gas station car wash. I’ve been in the car wash business since 1998. In the metro Detroit area. Here in town visiting wanted to get the road dirt off of my vehicle. Clearly I made the wrong choice. Something told me to pull off when I noticed that they vacuum the cars first holding up the line instead of doing it at the end which would make much more sense. 4 months agoI’m loving car wash better than the one in South Holland by the Thornton’s on 159th. I canceled my monthly plan over there and picked up the $37 plan here. The only complaint that I have is that the tire dressing gets on the paint of my car mostly on the right side. Not to mention there was still soap because the rinse wasn’t long enough.2 months agoBeginning the car wash isn’t always smooth, once the car get put in Neutral it should run smooth but that’s not always the case. My last wash left a thick substance on my wheels after the wash.6 months agoI live in Calumet city, I use to take a drive to 95th and Stoney to go wash my cars at the Buddy Bear Car wash that is there. I work out that way and sometimes on my way back from work I would stop by and wash my car. If not, I would go on the weekends. This is the best car wash around. It really leaves your car looking good, really clean. Compared to other car washes I have been to years ago. Thanks for opening this New location in Calumet city. It is really close to home!

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Tailgate and rear bumper didn’t even get washed.
I went to the Fullers Car Wash on Saturday at 8 am for a car wash. The car wash pushed my passenger side mirror in. When I got it my new red 2023 Camry to adjust the mirror, I noticed 2 nicks in the passenger door. I called Maggie on Saturday, who informed me to call the Hindsdale Fuller car wash owners on Monday. I called on Monday and spoke with manager Gretchen Fuller. Gretchen Fuller was very unfriendly and uncaring. She kept saying “ we are not responsible for anything that happens in our tunnel “
She said that the car wash does not pay for any damages to cars. Gretchen told me Collin Fuller and Susie Fuller are the owners, but can’t be reached on the telephone.
I took my car to Auto Place, who estimated the repair at $1,400.
Please BEWARE that the Fullers Car Wash on Torrence will damage your car and does not take responsibility.
I advise only going to Delta Sonic Car wash, which does not have the spinning brushes that scratch your car.
I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my lawyer!
Attendants are a little on the lazy side. They don’t always hit your back window and front grill of your car with the brush.
I don’t know if it’s done on purpose but my tire or rims never get clean properly or the back of the car.
The workers are not on the same page sometimes want to brush the back of your car off good the other one a slightly brush it off or sometimes won’t brush it off at all
