4 months agoBeen going here for years with no problems. Last week the wash broke off my brake light and they try to say it had to have been previous damage or wear and tear so they will not compensate for the damages. After looking here it seems there have been plenty of other people that have had their vehicles damaged the past couple months. Maybe time for maintenance. Do NOT go here.8 months agoUntil last week my experiences with Flying Ace have been great! For a couple years, I have had 2 cars with monthly subscriptions, and I just purchased a 3rd subscription for my truck. The first (and only) run through, the tire shine machine caught on the driver side running board and ended up shearing the running board off the vehicle. Due to all experiences leading up until last week being positive, I didn’t even request a refund or cancel the truck’s subscription. However, the home office called back today denying any liability, blaming me for having the running boards out (because I am a car wash expert apparently and should know to retract my running boards?!). The truck has 3 options – off, auto, or out, and I had it in out mode which puts out the running boards when the vehicle is stopped. This is my fault apparently because the running boards came out automatically when I came to a complete stop and put the vehicle in neutral. You’d think employees know what to look for? I also had to quickly park and run back in the tunnel to fetch my running board as it was on the track getting run over by other vehicles. The employees had no idea what was going on. I am glad only 1 side broke, but perhaps the car wash is out of adjustment, or the drive side tire shine machine was jammed. Seems logical that if both sides were getting the same tire shine treatment that I should have been jammed on both left and right sides…
If you have an Expedition, Navigator, or other vehicle with automatic running boards, be sure to retract them or you will also be out $3k out of your own pocket to repair them!
I will take some pleasure in canceling the $36 x3 subscriptions.
a year agoThis is a great place that I love to go and get my car washed at. One of the great things about this car wash is that they have a line of vacuums for your use and it is free. The only downside is the Starbucks right next door. It is super hard to squeeze in and out when it is busy at the bucks.3 months agoLove this car wash. I’m here daily. The staff is very attentive, I would like to know of I am really getting the best wash I’m paying for. Seems like not all the bells and whistles inside are moving or spraying. Am I getting what I paid for? Besides this concern great wash.a week agoI WANT to like this one because it’s closest to my house but the vacuumes NEVER work at this location. And that is part of the car washing experience. The past 6 times I’ve come here, no vacuumes or very poor suction.

4 weeks agoI had dried the rear, driver’s side, front, and 3 wheels. Then saw that the rocker panel on the passenger side was still dirty. I saw an associate taking trash to the dumpster. I called him over to see the missed area. He offered to run the car through again. Since I had already wiped down 75% of the car, and not wanting to do it all again, I asked for a credit. He said he couldn’t do that. ?!?!? I informed him that I would write this review and express my dissatisfaction. He shrugged his shoulders and turned away. This is my second time at this Flying Ace. I’ve been to maybe 3 or 4 others. Those others cleaned my car sufficiently. I will not be returning to this one. And have some reservations about the others. I don’t understand why a credit couldn’t be issued. What’s the difference? Issuing a credit would have added more stars and made this review much shorter and more of a pleasure to write. After a response from the business asking for more info, I responded. It’s been a couple of weeks now and no acknowledgement.
Originally I was only regarding to a specific location in Beavercreek. Since Flying Ace has failed to rectify my displeasure. I will now put all there locations on my “Do Not Solicit” list. With all the new car washes opening in the area, I’m sure I can find one that can clean my car and appreciate my business.
2 weeks agoI love Flying Ace. Least expensive, best wash around, but my review is more for the gentleman that talked me into a monthly membership today. I feel like his professionalism, patience and just plain demeanor overall are exactly what this company should be surrounding itself with.I wish i could remember your name young guy with a cap and glasses. Thanks for hooking me up!2 months agoThis place is clean, efficient, and convenient. My car always smells and looks great. I had an issue with my unlimited wash membership and Hunter and Homer went above and beyond in helping me out! I appreciated the excellent customer service.4 weeks agoUnfortunately, I must provide a negative review for Flying Ace Express Car Wash. Having traveled extensively and lived in various places, I have tried numerous membership-based car wash models. Regrettably, Flying Ace Express Car Wash falls short of delivering quality service. I subscribed to their top-tier wash package, costing $40/month, which included the “ceramic” option. However, instead of leaving my car cleaner, this wash actually leaves it dirtier due to the chemicals drying on the car and leaving a noticeable white haze and spots (see images). Moreover, the attendants responsible for guiding vehicles into the wash seem disinterested and often mishandle the process, causing my wheels/rim to collide with the guide rail. As a result, I fear that my expensive wheels might get scuffed.
In terms of the wash itself, it is disappointingly weak. The water pressure is insufficient, and the cleaning agents used do not appear to be of high quality. There is a lack of any pleasant scent, and the wash struggles to effectively remove bugs and grime compared to cheaper car wash options available.
Furthermore, the drying system is exceptionally feeble, leaving the car significantly wet even after the wash is completed. Unlike other car washes that utilize large rollers to dry the vehicle effectively, Flying Ace Express relies on weak warm air jets that prove inadequate. The limited distance the vehicle travels during this drying process doesn’t allow the jets to perform even a mediocre job.
Overall, I am disappointed with Flying Ace Express Car Wash, especially considering its high price tag and the presence of numerous more competent competitors in the area.
Update: I’ve had to update because the wash just seems worse everytime I go. I’ve noticed a very foul rotten smell when I’m in the car wash that seems to be the smell of the water. It’s a very disgusting smell. I do. It experience this smell when I use other car washes. It simply smells like very dirty water and rotten eggs.
3 weeks agoNormally have a good time with all of the flying ace car cleaning places, but today I couldn’t help but be a bit bothered by one customer who was cleaning out his car and the vacuum area who was listening to very obnoxious loud music despite the fact that this place has signs in literally every vacuum space that says “no loud music” .He may be friends with one of the employees because they were hanging out laughing and dancing around his car.
Just kind of annoying. Why say “no loud music” and do nothing about it?

Terrible wash. $20 and this is what I ended up with when I got to the mall. Which is a one minute drive to. This is what it looked like when i got out to go in the mall. There was a hazy film all over. My tires had this black residue all over the rims as well. It was not at all what I expected. Disappointing bc my daughter went the same day in her truck and reported similar issues.
My daughter had parked her car under some tree that shed a tar film on her car. I took it in for a wash. Without me even asking for any special treatment, employee 53392(sorry didn’t catch his name) noticed it and asked his two coworkers Bri and Joelle to voluntarily wet scrubbed the tar off the car even before the machine wash. That’s phenomenal professionalism and dedication to doing the right thing. Very impressed with all three and much appreciative for the thoughtful care. Thanks!!
No better car wash. Huge difference between this place and others. They train their employees right and set a high standard. Worth every penny. I do wish they offered free vacuums, at least if you get a wash.
Not a great wash 🙁
First time I used this car wash, Employee was nice and explained types of washes, I got the Ultimate and this is what I ended up with when I got there. Just a 2-3 minutes drive thru wash and this is how it looked when I got out. It was not at all what I expected. Underbody near the foot step, Mirror, and bannet were still dirty, tire shine was inconsistent on all 4 wheels.
Probably try a different car wash next visit.
Don’t go here they will damage your car. I took my car here to get a car wash, been there several times but this time when I got my washed it had gotten some damage on the hood of the car and sides as well. The paint of my car had gotten chipped off and when I went to go in and see the manager few mins later while wiping the access water off the car we noticed the damage the manager took photos and said they would take care of it. Took photos to send it in. But we got a reply from mikes car wash saying they won’t do anything about this and their machines are not at fault. Don’t want anyone else’s car to get damaged so save your money and go else where. They could care less and don’t care.
