2 months agoNo contact car wash means it doesn’t always get everything off. However they have a very affordable monthly deal!3 months ago24 hours, brushless, average prices. Dinged a star due to the poor quality of the blowers, which is the problem with the other 73 car washes in the falls as well. I do have the monthly pass to this wash, mainly because it has multiple locations.5 months agoIt was the best touchless car wash experience I’ve ever had. I am recommending this to everyone. Thanks for the great product.2 years agoWife spent 15 bucks on highest level wash and it didn’t clean anything. See attached photos… No one there to speak to and left with only an email address to respond to. Not a good experience. Two other customers said same thing about their cars today.11 months agoI’m a new member and so far I am very impressed! The first month was only $10! The power of the water is crazy strong, omg! They give you 90 seconds to go through the drying process!! And they work GREAT 😃 Free vacuum for members, make sure the vacuum has the attachment nozzle before scanning your app though, I unfortunately picked one that was broken 😕 The only thing I don’t like is that I am only allowed to go 15 times a month even though I’m a member paying for the entire month. If you do the math, this place is extremely overpriced, we should be allowed to go every day if we want to.

5 months agoHad a car wash membership. About 6 or 7 weeks ago had my car washed. When I got home I noticed about 8 scratches going up my hood. Went back and was told I would have to come back and talk to the manager. I did the next morning. She told me she could not see anything and maybe I made the scratches when cleaning snow off. Firstly they were deep. Second the were uniform and in a row going up the bumper and up the hood. The body shop said it looked like car wash damage. Cost me about $1,000 to repair. Worst part is my wife met an ex employee who told her that the manager would not take care of that sort of problem. Not sure how true that is but cancelled my membership and good luck if you ever get your car damaged there. PS: waited for almost 2 months to post to make sure I wasn’t acting on emotion.2 months ago…what happened to this place??? …was in Florida so I hadn’t been to my favorite car wash for about 6 months …what a DISAPPOINTMENT …I was used to incredible service AND ITS GONE! …upgraded to a $20.00 plus car wash expecting what I had always received in the past …NOPE …ALL GONE! …wheels and tire shine was suppose to be included …wheels came out filthy …and the tire shine was atrocious, sloppy, if not non existent …spent a good hour in my driveway cleaning up the unfinished mess all around my vehicle and literally detailing my vehicle myself with my own products! There used to be staff, that we would tip, who would dry and “finish” the wash process, wheels, and tires perfectly …they ARE GONE! …leaving an air dried absolute dirty mess for me to clean up myself. Do yourself a great big favor and find another car wash. What they offer NOW is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Rick Ma month agoI used to have a membership here. Chose not to renew it due to the lack of care for the vehicle. I would pay for certain type or a premium wash and I would watch the employees at the control box inside the bay, enter the most basic washes instead of the premium. I thought, maybe it was a mistake but after seeing it done more than 5 times I decided to stop going. Even when I pay for the tire shine, they would use a busted dirty brush and wound smear shine all over the rims. Then the kids that were responsible for drying off the car would stand outside the window staring you down for a tip that they didn’t deserve. Uncomfortable environment for the guests and sad to see them robbing guests after paying for premium washes. Do better Hudson….a month agoNo longer my go to. I don’t like that they changed you driving your car into the wash instead of them doing it: or paying in the car line instead of going inside. It’s less personal. Additionally the workers there were unfriendly including the guy instructing me into the wash. No one told me where to go when the wash was over. It’s a completely different vibe and I don’t like it. I also went inside to get a drink and snack and no one came to cash me out. Apparently I’m not the only one who has noticed all this. I was just about to get a membership and then this. Not to mention the last few times I’ve been here they missed spots. And today – crumbs, spots on door. I’m paying for the whole thing and they used to do such a great job. Bummer. This gem is no longer. I’ll just go to the touchless drive thru place down the road since it’s all impersonal now and the quality is gone!a year agoWell I just treated myself to a BMW after working hard for many years. I wanted to go to one of the “better” car washes, and this one is honestly the furthest from me. But it was Ok. I didn’t mind the drive.I bought a package, but wanted the complete deal today. The gentleman up sold me to get extras, and I happily obliged. My daughter and I had about a 10 min chat and they were waving me over. First thing I noticed was lint all over my windows. They didn’t do a good job. I don’t believe they did much of anything. I will post pics and let you see for yourself. For a monthly subscription of $45 plus another $38 on top of that (plus a tip)… this is what I got. Nothing was cleaned. My windows had the same smears, they damaged my leather on my back door, they broke my little garbage can which I had just bought, and threw away my brand new air freshener I had on my vent!! I will be contacting corporate tomorrow!!
Oh by the way, I’ve had my car less than 2 months and haven’t even put 1000 miles on it.

Edit. Still love it. I bought the Members pass so I can just drive through anytime. It’s the best car wash around here.
Side note: I am a mechanic. I also detail cars and motorcycles. This is where I go to was my own cars. I just go often enough to keep them clean.
I’ve been going here since before it was Take 5. Under the new management it started off fine, and they even put out a cart with towels and some cleaners which was nice. The last couple months there have been more parts of the car wash that aren’t functioning, most of all the dryers. The car wash frequently will completely stop while you’re in it and an alarm sounds. I included some pictures of my wet windshield after going through the dryers this week. I went to use some towels to dry it off but they were all wet, which happens often. Not with the money. They do have one employee who is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met and I don’t know her name but I hope she runs for mayor one day
I’ve been going to this car wash ever since it opened. Since Take 5 took over it seems like one or two of the brushes are not working most of the time. Rarely do they all work at the same time. My car is 2 months old and I have smudge marks on it from this car wash. The dryer is not functional and the vacuums don’t always work. This place is going down hill. I asked the workers when the brushes would be fixed and they said they didn’t know. They asked me if I wanted to quit my membership. I was pretty loyal but I guess it is time to take my business elsewhere.
Dennis was very helpful during my recent visit, and my car came out looking spotless. The prices were reasonable and the service was quick. I appreciated that they offered different packages to choose from, depending on the level of cleaning I wanted. Overall, I highly recommend this car wash for anyone looking to get their vehicle cleaned professionally.
I signed up for the discounted Pro 5 membership for $20 the 1st month its a good deal being that i can get unlimited washes and got a really clean wash for an automated car wash.
