3 weeks agoProbably the best car wash in the area. The monthly plans are incredibly reasonable. They also have free vacuum service available. All around great place. My vehicles always look great after the wash and there is no residue.4 months agoWe go here twice per day, for two years. Pretty good car wash close to home. The other area blue falls have a lot more water pressure and extra sprayers/rollers, bit this place isn’t bad. Highly recommend the monthly unlimited pass. Pretty sure they lose money on me though, 60 visits per month3 months agoI wish that the attendants would use a brush for soft scrubbing and power wash to pre-spray for bug gut removal of the mirrors, windshield,, grill,, and front of vehicle. I have tried going through 3 times in a row to remove the bug guts but the automatic wash isn’t strong enough to remove them. Other car washes provide this service to their customers prior to forwarding them through the auto wash so I may have to look into switching my membership due to this. There should be an attendants checking vacuums each hour. When working properly they are amazing but sometimes careless people allow something to get sucked into them causing the strength of suction to be lost. With everything mentioned above I would give 5 stars, otherwise its nothing special for the price as there are no services to make this car wash stand out above the rest.2 years agoLeft white scratches all over my car. To fix it they said they said they would take pics and run it through again. It came out the second time even more scratched and all i was given was a refund for their premium car wash. Definitely do not recommend unless you want to pay for a paint job the same day.4 months agoI had purchased an unlimited plan and wanted to change the package. I thought I could accomplish on line but couldn’t figure out the process. I stopped in and Darryl assisted me at the counter. He was professional and very helpful. He explained that packages can only be purchased on line and changes or cancellations are done at a Blue Falls location. He changed my package quickly. He was very nice and helpful.

a month agoStaff is super friendly and helpful, I have a membership here and I stop by frequently. Lines move fast, cars look great and I’m always satisfied with the cleaning stations they have here. They even have dual air hoses to use to fill tires, dry off the cars, or even blow sand or dirty out of your interior carpets. It’s my favorite place to stop for a quick mini detail.in the last weekI am always satisfied with the wash that I get . The tire shine in the platinum package sucks it doesn’t cover evenly.a year agoYou’ll regret it. Came here for a quick $10 basic wash to get the snow and salt off my car but I’m leaving disappointed and with a scratch! There was no pre-rinse and now my car has dirt mixed with soap spots on it. I also have a scratch down the driver side of my car that I now have to try to buff out. I thought I would get at least a clean car and no scratches for $10 but I guess not. I can go to competitors in Lakewood and Parma and pay $5 to $10 for a better wash with a pre-rinse and leave with zero scratches. For as fancy as the building and equipment looks I expected much better. Can’t believe my car is scratched.4 months agoLove this one. Great wash and vacuums but most importantly AWESOME staff. I loved them and a lot of people prefer to wash their car themselves. Sadly no one else near me has these self wash areas and now I got no where to go do it after the renovation here. Still a good car wash place just upset with the change.

The best place around for interior and exterior car washes. So many perks to using their services. Upon arrival, they will remind you of which package you had at last visit. You get a discount for the next time and you don’t have to use it on the same vehicle. Thorough cleaning every time. The workers here really are the best!

The interior of my car was so dirty I thought I was going to need a priest to get it clean. Turns out I just needed to take it here. I wish I had before-and-after photos. My car wasn’t merely detailed; it was baptized. Born anew. A big shout-out to Josh, whose hard work achieved results that seemingly upended even his own expectations. When I brought it in, neither of us were sure that the matted, grimy driver’s seat would ever see full redemption. When I came to pick it up and saw that he’d exorcised every trace of dirt, I found myself just walking around the car saying ‘wow’ repeatedly. As this review can attest, I’m not usually at a loss of words, but I was genuinely stunned. I can’t think of any words left to say other than ‘thank you’.
I was in yesterday for an interior and exterior clean. A new employee (I wish I got his name to post here) detailed my car and it is so clean that it looks new. It was extremely busy when I went so the wait was longer than I expected but once I saw the quality of the work I didn’t mind as much. Thank you.
I have been going here a few years now. When you arrive it feels like home. Everyone gets to know you. Yes sometimes there are new people but the employees that have been there are great. It’s great to have a clean car every time. I use the unlimited package for my transportation business and love to be able to come here relax while my car is being vacuumed, washed, & wiped down clean. Yes of course it can be costly but considering the convenience and ability to come multiple times in order to provide a clean car to my passengers “it’s worth it”.
