3 months agoWanted to air dry but handle was broken and wanted to vacuum but only 1 worked. Did love the price and the timer didn’t act like a stop watch… Wich is awesome cause the other place I go it’s crazy fast timer. But this place was very nice. I will definitely go back again.3 months agoBest way to wash your car or truck yourself. I usually spend around $7 here washing my truck and I believe that is pretty cheap. They accept credit card and coins do not know about bills but imagine they can accept it tooa year agoA great place to manually wash your car! Now you can easily use your credit card instead of having to constantly feed quarters into the machine. The nozzles have lots of power. The area was very clean when I was there so they must do daily maintenance. Recommended!3 years agoPoorly maintained and not worth the trouble. The air pump is broken (doesn’t measure pressure), vacs are weak, and bay washes are run down and don’t work that well. Photo shows a missing wand, with wax just spraying from the ceiling.4 years agoPlace offers carper cleaning machines but they don’t even work and to make it better, they don’t even have a no service light on. So if you’re looking for this service, you’re better off some where else.

in the last weekI took my jeep to get rhino lined inside and detailed. Very unhappy with my “detail” and rhino lining. When I picked up the jeep. Cup holders were not cleaned. Some dog hair on the seats that were not vacuumed. Seats were not wiped down. Then the Rhino lining was not covering all the spots in the interior of the jeep. When I told him in person I was not happy about the job done. He told me to bring it back so he could correct it. Then explained to me that those are difficult spots to get ( which I completely understand ) Then he said he would have to gut the jeep to do the job correctly and wanted to charge. He knew that I wanted everything covered to begin with… I explained to him this was going to be the final look. He used a different spay(not rhino lining to cover up the spots missed) on top of all this. He didn’t clean the car before spraying. Just sprayed over dirt and debri.7 months agoWhat a great shop. A Cut Above indeed. Derek took on my project and stuck to the original price. What he inherited in this project was a can of worms. He ended up repairing bed liner and paint damage caused by two other area shops. The mess those two shops made was nothing short of sham and deceptive workmanship. All Derek was concerned with was delivering an end product we both can be proud of at the same price he’d originally quoted. Derek is honest and treats every car like it’s a true classic regardless of make, model or vintage.
Thank you A Cut Above for over delivering on your promise.
3 years agoI bought a truck at a good price and the previous owner tried spraying god-knows-what in the bed in an attempt to make it look like a bedliner. I saw these guys were having a sale on their product and decided to try them out. I’m so glad I did! My truck is a 2008 and looked mediocre at best. After they did their work, I was super pleased with the result and I honestly feel like my truck looks like a brand new product which I’m pleased to be seen driving. Not only is the final product amazing, but the entire crew were personable and all-around great to work with. I highly recommend these guys. I just wish I knew about them soonera year agoThe Owner is amazing he goes above and beyond to make the customer feel happy the rest of the crew is friendly also. I can tell the Owner genuinely cares about the level of service he is providing and overall customer satisfaction. He performed a ceramic coating on my 1955 Old and it turned out amazing. These guys know what they are doing! Very pleased with the way this project turned out!3 weeks agoI would never use this business personally, I used to work for this company and I don’t understand how it is still running. He has so many lawsuits against him and I know the shady business practices that he uses. Before I was illegally let go ,he had people straight out of prison working for him.I didn’t know if they were sexual offenders or what.I know for a fact that there’s a lot of other people in Walla Walla that would agree with me on his business practices.I’m embarrassed that ever I worked there but,it’s hard to find a job when you struggle with Epilepsy.Go to Tuxedo Auto detailing if you want a honest job done and a job done right!

Guidelines for a Secure Car Wash Experience
Car washing is an essential part of car maintenance that not only keeps your vehicle looking shiny and clean but also helps protect its paint and finish. However, it is important to follow certain safety guidelines to ensure that the process is done efficiently and without causing any damage. Here are some general safety tips to keep in mind when washing your car:
- Choose the right location: Find a spot that is shaded and preferably on a flat surface to avoid any accidents or damage. Washing your car in direct sunlight can lead to water spots and premature drying of cleaning products.
- Gather the necessary tools and supplies: Before you begin, make sure you have all the required tools and supplies such as a hose, a bucket, car wash soap, microfiber towels, and a soft-bristle brush. Using the right materials will help prevent scratches and swirl marks.
- Pre-rinse the car: Start by rinsing the car with a hose to remove any loose dirt and debris. This will help minimize the risk of scratching the paint during the washing process.
- Use a proper car wash soap: Avoid using dish soap or household cleaners as they can strip away the protective wax and damage the paint. Instead, use a pH-neutral car wash soap that is specifically formulated for vehicles.
- Wash in sections: Divide the car into sections and wash one section at a time. This will make the process more manageable and ensure that you don’t miss any spots.
- Use a soft-bristle brush: For harder-to-reach or stubborn areas, use a soft-bristle brush to gently scrub the surface. Avoid using excessive pressure as it can cause scratches.
- Rinse thoroughly: After washing each section, rinse the car thoroughly with clean water to remove any soap residue. This will help prevent streaks and water spots.
- Dry gently: Use a microfiber towel to dry the car after rinsing. Avoid using regular towels or abrasive materials as they can scratch the paint. Pat the surface gently instead of rubbing.
- Finish with detailing: Once the car is dry, you can further enhance its shine and protection by applying a coat of wax or using a detailing spray. This will provide an extra layer of protection against the elements.

How much does it cost to wash your car in the USA?
Here are some factors that can affect the cost of car washes in the USA:
- Type of car wash: The type of car wash you choose will have a big impact on the cost. Automatic car washes are typically less expensive than touchless car washes, and full-service car washes are the most expensive.
- Location: The location of the car wash can also affect the cost. Car washes in urban areas are typically more expensive than car washes in rural areas.
- Size of the car: The size of your car will also affect the cost of the car wash. Larger cars will typically cost more to wash than smaller cars.
- Additional services: You may also choose to add additional services to your car wash, such as undercarriage cleaning, tire shine, or interior vacuuming. These additional services will typically cost extra.
Here is a table of some average car wash prices in the USA:
Type of car wash | Average price |
---|---|
Basic automatic car wash | $10 – $20 |
Touchless car wash | $15 – $30 |
Full-service car wash | $20 – $50 |
It is important to note that these are just average prices, and the actual cost of a car wash may vary depending on the factors listed above.
Here are some tips for saving money on car washes:
- Wash your car yourself: This is the most cost-effective way to clean your car.
- Look for coupons or discounts: Many car washes offer coupons or discounts, so be sure to check before you go.
- Wash your car during off-peak hours: Car washes are typically more expensive during peak hours, so try to wash your car during off-peak hours to save money.
- Consider a membership: Some car washes offer memberships that can save you money on washes over time.

Disappointing. Mister policy is that they won’t wash the back of your vehicle because “this is a ‘express car wash’ and it slows things down”.
We’ve been using this car wash for years (back when it was Bush Car Wash), and for the last year or so we’ve subscribed to the Platinum monthly wash for multiple vehicles. When I asked today to make sure the back of the truck was washed, I was told they would as a 1x exception, as it’s always been policy to not wash the back of the vehicle. WHY AM I PAYING FOR MULTIPLE ‘PLATINUM’ CAR WASH SUBSCRIPTIONS IF THE ENTIRE VEHICLE ISN’T WASHED? Apparently the joke is on me. 😉
I spoke with the manager and calmly asked them to pass up the chain of command that we’ll be taking our business elsewhere, the ‘policy that’s always been in place’ was never communicated, and that they should consider washing the entire vehicle to meet customer expectations.
And the funny sidebar, even though they made a 1x exception to wash the tailgate (which they said wasn’t actually dirty as I pulled in), the front and back are still dirty – and no wheel shine was applied (part of platinum subscription). See photos immediately after wash.
So today, June 18, here is a photo of the car in front of me in the car wash. Even the driver side back half of the car is still as dirt as the back…figure my car isn’t clean either. If you enlarge you’ll be amazed! That is supposed to have just gone through a car wash!
I use this service 3-4 even 5 times a week but they keep having issues with brushes not working, the dryer roller not working and they don’t do anything to clean a car anymore.
The vehicle doesn’t get even 1/2 dry after coming out so you just have adopts on the Windows and mirrors. Most recent photo, 5/15, was after going through the wash…didn’t clean at all! Not good. Does not have everything working for the past 3 weeks as they await fixes?? GET MACHINES FIXED PLEASE!
Here are shots after a car wash. Filthy still!! Going downhill in my opinion. But that can change. 5/3 after 3 washes-the front of my van… will go back through a couple more times I guess…
I probably won’t be coming back to this place..
It’s pretty expensive and it doesn’t do a very good job. My car is still dirty after paying for the best wash.. for that price you should get a very clean car and had dry after words ..
Wow! I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. I just figured so many cars were lined up to go in that it had to be a good place. I was so wrong. Typically when I give a tip to the attendant they scrub the vehicle before sending it through the wash. The man turned the hose on for a very brief moment and sprayed for less than 5 seconds the front tire. The car wash was close to $25 including tip and it looks like something I could have done with my garden hose on my front lawn. Very disappointed and obviously won’t be bringing my business back here
I did reach out to both corporate and also the email provided to the local business and got no response.
This car wash does not fully clean or dry your car, membership rate has increased and the speed of the wash has increased as well, which does not fully clean or dry the car. Most times my car still has soap on it and a lot of water. This has really gone down hill since the new ownership. After canceling my membership, they are still trying to charge me every month for two months now.
