I can definitely see why this place had no customers. I pulled my van into a bay and was picking up a couple things that had fallen before I washed my van. An extremely aggressive and rude employee (?) started screaming and saying I couldn’t be there. I literally hadn’t even been there for 10 minutes
I initially explained I was about to wash my van when I decided bc of the way he approached me I told him that was not an appropriate way to speak to me or anyone. (Obviously I used a few other choice words). Definitely left before washing my van.
Someone definitely needs a different line of work…. Completely away from the public! 🙄
a month agoThis being one of the only self-serve car washes in kingman, you would think it would at least be worth your money. The soap is so diluted when it comes out that you have to double check your washing and not rinsing. It’s just a waste of money if your pretty much rinsing your car the entire time. Bullhead had 2 car washes that have the triple foam tri gloss and the soap is full of suds. I prefer to drive all the way there if I want to actually wash my car and not just rinse it.a month agoI have been going to this car wash ever since I moved to Kingman. Never had a issue. Never had a problem.2 months agoBest 24-hour car wash In town that has 4 bays AND a self-serve automatic wash. Also, the staff keep the place clean, not like other car washes. I’ll definitely be coming back!!!2 months agoDon’t forget to push the button near the bottom of where you pay to stop the timer and further charges when through! Has great water pressure. I was finished after a couple of minutes. I recommend Airway Car Wash.

She’s so shiny and new looking now!!2 months agoThey may do the best truck wash in the world but who’s to tell. They have every opportunity to change their own hours in Google Maps and choose not to. The place is not 24 hours unless your talking about the tire shop next to it. He didn’t understand when I asked for the hours and suggested he put in the proper hours on Google so they get a neutral rating from me. For what it’s worth I got there at 8pm and could see a truck pulling out of the bay from the highway though I don’t know if that was because he just got a wash or was told they where already closed like me.in the last weekGreat place to get your big rig washed. Warning very understaffed!
Stopped by to get my truck washed on my lunch break. It took almost an hour to get through the line.
Only one person scrubbing at entry and only one person drying!
Afterward I went in to ask the manager to maybe let us know when it’s such a long wait. I was told it’s their lunch time too, nothing they can do about it.
I can think of a few solutions. Contact me if you need some help fixing this issue.
On top of that my truck isn’t clean!
Purchased the Hot Lava Wash car thinking my truck would be spotless but noticed when getting home that there were spots missed and water spots. Big disappointment.
I have purchased the Manager’s Special but once you park in line at the video instructions kiosk to swipe your Membership Card it is required to have a windshield sticker with the ID number because the employees are a big help with your requests. My wallet was stolen so when I showed up to was my 8′ Chevy Impala with my sticker, numbers were not what they were worried about. My monthly fee was due!
Anyways the card was rung up again with the same number, sticker and special. How do people change customers options for example the sign that is shown first with the full list to choose from… (Touch Up, Basic, Wax Renew, Ceramic Shine or Lava Wax). I did this to watch people take spots and wallets just because of the pure jealousy of being clean on the street or independent. It’s cool that they keep a close eye on the washed vehicles inside with the window glass lobby too. The choice is right in the middle of the broucher that is apparently kept for records because the cards were not available hence the “stolen” wallets. Then pamphlets with all the contact inputs on hand can over flow them with more work to guide through the setting to towel dry with tire shine.
Been the once. Won’t ever go there again! Employee’s act like they are better than you are, the owner, met him once, thinks he owns EVERYTHING! I’d rather wash and detail my own vehicles, instead of paying a bunch of no goods to do it!
Easy in and out wash. Attendant at payment station very welcoming. Attendants at end of wash to dry car off very quick and thorough. Will be back
