in the last weekThe young man who help with my car today was exceptional. He spent time spraying my car with bug spray to help remove all the bugs. The price is reasonable as well. Very happy with this location and their service.3 weeks agoLove this car wash, they do a great job and is usually quick to get into. They have free vacuums for cleaning your car out and will dry your windows and spots not dried in the wash. Leave a tip if job is done well and they are courteous.9 months agoI keep giving them 5 stars till today when my car rack on top was crashed. I have pushed this though several times and nothing happened. But today it was cracked because of one roller. I called the manager and they said: it is all your fault and responsibility to intall the non-factory equipment to car. I agreed but expect them to give me the warning before I pull my car into wash, saying even I pushed it through several time does’t mean it will come through this time. I may think twice if they are serious about it. All they said is, we posted warning sign, we cannot do it to all cars, and your resposibility to read it. Let me ask how many people reading that sign when passing through, will each of us stop there for 5 mins to read, think and decide to push though or not. My point is, when the accident happen, they are not showing the intension to take any charge, they try to repeat again and again that they have the warning sight as their protection. No appology to me. I am fine, just quit doing car wash here, I ask I know the onwer will refuse any responsibility if something happen. Give them 2 stars rating as their equipment is good, but Quick Quack is better and more professional.3 months agoFrom all of the automatic car wash places I’ve tried, I always come back to this one because it is simply the best. There was even a time that the wash didn’t clean all the dirt off my car and they had me go back through with no extra charge! Not to mention they dont have sky high prices. Definitely one of the best around!4 months agoWe like our little small town car wash. They used to be very inexpensive, not so much now. I believe their lowest plan, which is the one we use for both of our cars, is $17.99 per month per car. Not long ago it was only about $13 per month. And if I remember right, it started out at about $10 per month. So inflation is real, and it definitely hits home here. We have thought about canceling the membership many times, but in the end, it is nice to have a quick and convenient way to keep your vehicles clean.

2 months agoAfter 4000road miles up and down the Rockies my car had tons of road grime. Tremendous job getting me clean with only one pass! Big shout out to Landon who steered me to the right wash option, underpromising and over delivering all the way! Thanks Landon and Mister Car Wash!2 months agoAbsolutely frustrating experience tonight. I should have known when the car in front of me left before entering the wash.Upon arrival I asked for my car to be sprayed before entering which I was told the wand/sprayer was broken and that I’d be the last car through before they shut the wash down for a break to fix it (this was true and they did shut the wash down around 6pm).
As I was going through the wash there was no soap, just water and clear coat and dry. As I drove around and they were shutting down, the employee running the stations told me that “all their soap is clear so you definitely got get soap.” There was no foaming soap applied or on any of the spinning brushes as per the normal.
The employees phoned the lead in charge and said he’s meet me at the vacuums to what he called a “dry wash”. 20 minutes of vacuuming and waiting the manager, shocker, he never came. Waste of 18 dollars, and I even left a tip! Go to the new wash East of Mister by 1/4 a mile and have a better experience. Unfortunately won’t be coming back to Mister.
2 weeks agoWent back for a refund and was told it would be back on my card in 3-5 days. It’s been weeks. I’ve called, I’ve gone by the location twice. I’ve been told I will receive a call from management and that hasn’t happened. so basically they kept $20 from me and canceled my membership. So I’m out $20 and can’t even wash my car for the 30 days I already paid for! Don’t waste your money here..a month agoI’ve been a member for over a year now and about two months ago I went through and one of the washers tore my antenna. I was told by the GM that I would get a few months free. I was charged for the month of and informed him and he said he was going to check in. Well this month I was charged AGAIN. If this is how they treat their members I can’t imagine how they treat non members. Don’t promise something that isn’t going to be done. Just go else where people.4 months agoThis place doesn’t spray your car prior to going through the actual car wash and the vacuums didn’t get the dirt picked up off the floors. The price has increased by $4.00, and the washing process is not great. They asked if we wanted to leave a tip for the team and we don’t have any idea what team they were asking about. There was one individual who pushed a button to start the car wash.

Guidelines for a Secure Car Wash Experience
Car washing is an essential maintenance task that helps keep our vehicles clean and protects their overall condition. However, it is important to ensure that the car washing process is done safely to prevent any damage to the vehicle or harm to the washer. Here are some general safety guidelines to follow when washing your car:
- Choose a shaded area: Find a location that is shaded or wash your car during the cooler parts of the day to prevent the water and cleaning solutions from drying too quickly and leaving behind water spots or residue.
- Use proper equipment: Use dedicated car washing tools such as a microfiber wash mitt or sponge, a gentle car wash soap, and a hose or pressure washer with an adjustable nozzle.
- Pre-rinse your vehicle: Before applying any cleaning solution, start by rinsing your car thoroughly to remove loose dirt and debris.
- Avoid abrasive materials: Do not use rough materials, such as brushes or abrasive sponges, as they can scratch the car’s paint surface. Opt for softer materials that are specifically designed for car washing.
- Work from top to bottom: Start washing from the top of the vehicle and work your way down, rinsing frequently to prevent dirt and soap residue from drying on the surface.
- Use separate buckets: Use separate buckets, one for the soapy water and another for rinsing, to prevent contamination and swirl marks on the car’s paint.
- Be cautious with pressure washers: If using a pressure washer, make sure to adjust the nozzle to a suitable pressure setting to avoid damaging the car’s paint or stripping off any protective coatings.
- Wash one section at a time: Divide the car into sections, such as the roof, hood, sides, and rear, and wash one section at a time to ensure a more thorough cleaning.
- Rinse properly: After washing, rinse the entire car with clean water to remove any soap residue.
- Dry gently: Use a soft, clean microfiber towel or a chamois to dry the car’s surface gently. Avoid using regular towels or rough materials that may cause scratches.
- Finish with protection: Consider applying a coat of wax or using a spray sealant to enhance the car’s shine and protection against elements.
By following these safety guidelines, you can ensure that your car washing experience is safe and effective, resulting in a cleaner and well-maintained vehicle.

Went through 2 times and they still couldn’t get my windshield clean. Also my side windows were not clean. For almost 30.00 ceramic wash you would think it’s better or worth the money.
This quick quack is in ROUGH shape. It’s probably due to poor management or not enough support from the corporate level. The car wash was underwhelming, (granite I did get the cheap one, so maybe I just paid for water & automated brushes. So maybe the play is to get the most expensive wash) I say that because after a wash it barely removed any of the car window markers I had on my back windshield. Upon going to the vacuums, that’s where I noticed it was in bad shape. Most the vacuums don’t work, and several are just unplugged and laying on the ground. I saw several people other then myself, park & then have to drive to another spot with working vacuums. This location could really use a tune up. Maybe they missed a schedule maintenance or something, or it could be negligence. Initially there were no towels available for use, but after myself & another gentleman went and told staff they were low on towels, one young man employee, brought out towels to restock. We appreciated that prompt service. Seems like most of the problems are with upper management putting off maintenance.
UPDATE: the owner reached out to me personally, and took care of the damage. I’m changing my rating to reflect this.
Initial review: The brush that rolls along the cars caught both of my side mirrors, pushing them forward breaking my passenger side mirror. The kid that I reported it to said they don’t take responsibility for broken mirrors. My car is a 2016 Chevy Traverse with all factory installed mirrors. NEVER have this problem at the Bountiful & Woods Cross locations. Thanks for the expense, Quick Quack. I pay a lot of money to be an unlimited member. It’s sad they don’t look after their customers.
I live in Layton, and use the Quick Quack weekly. It is easy to use, and the staff is always helpful. I needed drying towels and asked Michael for help and he had fresh towels to me immediately. Also, I notice that the staff tries very hard to keep the line moving with fast check-in. Really appreciated when I am in a hurry.
Brought my truck to the wash and was greeted by Yahier. Strange name but awesome guy he got me checked in and was on my way! Loved how it left my car squeaky clean and shiny like the day i bought it. 10/10 would recommend!
