Was told the back wiper blade has a toren blade and we ( grease monkey) have the part in stock. To find out Grease Monkey didn’t have it in stock. I know they could have had the part delivered I wasn’t able to stay and wait on it to be delivered. Grease Monkey should know if the parts needed are there or not before manhandling a part that needs to be replaced. They’re amazing. They explain everything they are doing and don’t make you feel dumb if you don’t understand. They also are honest about recommendations and don’t try to sell just to sell. Great place to keep your car looking new! Not only is a normal wash $5 but, you can get an unlimited monthly plan that pays itself off.
Patrick was great at explaining the details on the plans. He was really easy to talk to!
There’s also always fresh microfiber towels, interior spray, and glass spray by the (working) vacuums for anyone to use.
This business was doing a good job, but now that you only allow them to clean one side of the vehicle, it is doing a sorry job. This is not the service that app signed up for when I started doing business with this company. It is not the employee on site problem. This is a corporate issue that needs to be resolved. Rushing the vehicle’s through the car wash without time to take care of the pre-cleaning details is not good service. And allowing only 30 seconds of time to be used prepping. The vehicle is a horrible practice.
I loved the fact that no one was pushing me at the kiosk to join or select a higher plan, unlike the other car wash in town. My windshield came out very clean here, unlike the other place. The vacuum I used was very powerful, once again beating the competition. Many bottles of both interior cleaner and glass cleaner were readily available as well as tons of cleaning cloths. The other place only had out about 3 bottles of a combo cleaner, one on each of three carts. The final kicker was the price was better at Take 5.
I have been a VIP subscriber on the family plan for several years now.
I have found and continue to find the level of service to be below what I am paying for on a monthly basis.
The pre wash when entering the facility is NOT very good, a couple of brush strokes on the front, windshield and back is about all you get if at all.
Certainly attention to detail or removal of bugs does not happen. A little pressure wash to the front would be nice.
You are NOT able to see what wash you are getting. It was that you would see that you were getting the best wash for your membership level.
Seems now that information is no longer available or at least it is not displayed.
Previously, you would get a pressure wash to the front, I had on occasion gotten my running boards pressure washed as well. This too has been dropped.
Seems it is more important for throughput than making sure that customers are satisfied with the level of service being provided.
If you look back to my previous ratings you will see that there have not been much in the way of improvement in customer service or actions taken to improve the level of customer satisfaction..
