2 weeks agoCustomer service upon checkin to get new membership was great. However, I’m kicking myself for not trying it out first before buying membership because they don’t have towels like my precious car wash and the car wash itself seems rough on the car. I’m definitely not going to renew after one month because for the same price I had a better experience at another place.a month agoif I could give 4.5 stars I would (not due to the wash itself but just due to my rare personal issue that I’ve had, otherwise the service team has been great!) Not sure why everyone is hating on it. Sure, it’s not as good as a full-on detail or hand foam wash, but it keeps the undercarriage clean from salt, wheels/rims and does a pretty excellent job at getting road dust, grime, any flower/pollen residue or little white dots off of my black Mercedes. I go through at least once sometimes twice a day, I called in because I felt guilty about going in everyday given its unlimited (its only 20 bucks and regularly costs 10$ per wash so that’s around 280$ a month I’m saving), the store manager got on the phone and confirmed for me that I shouldn’t feel guilty at all, and it is truly unlimited as long as it’s the same car, which is unheard of and appreciated that they are keeping true to their word!Only issue I’ve had with them is my membership not showing me as a customer, nor by looking up my phone number or name, only thing that works is by entering the card number to pull it up, probably due to how I registered and waited a few days before getting the membership due to wanting it specifically for that car that didn’t arrive yet. They did have to cancel my membership due to the bar code being replaced 2-3 times (placed in the same area to not cover the bar code of the windshield glass) and still not working. But they made up for it by giving me a receipt to show membership status and put me through the top tier one as an apology for all the issues I’ve had with the automated machine.
a year agoI paid $18 (for the second best wash level + small tip) for my car to be only partially washed. There was at least one brush in the wash that wasn’t working at all, and most of the brushes meant for the sides of the car barely even touched my full sized sedan. The tire clean hardly did anything and there was still soap on my car by the time I got to the drying stage, which has left residue marks all over the place.I could get a much better clean for way less money by going to a coin operated manual wash, which is what I plan to do from now on. The wash did get like 80% of the dirt off, but I’m going to have to wash my car again to clean around all of the windows, mirrors, doors, handles, and other non-flat surfaces to get it actually clean. So this car wash was a waste of money and time. When I’m paying this much for a car wash, I expect much better results. (All pictures taken 5 minutes after leaving the car wash.)

A friend of mine went and said they asked for a tip, don’t know why they would ask for a tip, being an automated carwash?2 months agoJust moved back to the area. Being military, you move around a lot, so we have had several memberships to various car wash places. I purchased a membership yesterday, the $29/month one. The wash really didn’t clean the truck very well, left a lot of dirt on the windows, doors, didnt even touch the top of my truck, etc..the I was surprised, for the price, that you don’t provide towels(I didn’t bring any with me) or anything once you get to the vacuums, the last place we had a membership did for $10 cheaper/month. I also found that the vacuum didn’t pick up anything that wasn’t loose/floating free very well. I chose you because of your locations, and someone had recommended Mister vs. the other car washes in the area. I should have read the reviews before purchasing.

a month agoBen helped me choose the appropriate wash…then helped me remove a spare tire off my roof rack so that my Landcruiser would fit in the wash. I almost forgot about the tire…when Ben showed up to help me reload the tire while I was using the vacuums. He was kind, helpful and capable. I appreciated that alot!a week agoThese guys are amazing and committed to helping their customers! Just brought a brand new car 4 days ago and came to wash it and it came out with a scratched rim on the passenger side. Manager claims there’s absolutely nothing that touches the rim that could cause a scratched rim in the car wash. But there’s literally tracks on both sides. Filed a claim but it seems like rocket express never does anything. So sad that I have been loyal to them for years. And then I told her to cancel my membership she was a little stocked. If you have a nice car do yourself a favor and hand wash it.
Ps. Asked for the video footage and she said it’s not going to do anything because the sun is shining. But isn’t that the point of the cameras?!??
My car had it’s front tow hook cover come off in the wash today. I asked the employees if they can look for them, and they were not hesitant and more than willing to help. The two gentlemen eventually found the piece for me. Nice employees with integrity and diligence!
As far as car washes go definitely one of the good ones. Fantastic, friendly staff and very well maintained equipment. The vacuums are VERY effective it ate quite a bit including lose change 😑.
I like the car wash, mat washers and towels available to use. I don’t like being asked to get a membership every time I go there. And for some reason every time I go, I always pick a stall where the vacuum suction is weak or it’s not there at all and I have to move my car. Otherwise, it’s the only car wash I go to 😁
We had an amazing experience here with our car wash. We had matt cover cleaners, towels and amazing vacuums.
