3 weeks agoI had the interior of my mini van detailed, great job removing marks on headliner and cleaning & conditioning the front and mid section of the cabin. The rims were not cleaned as promised, something I really wanted done. Luke, the mgr., offered to clean the rims, I did not have time, he gave me a discount. Upon a more detailed inspection, it appeared the rear of the cabin was vacuumed, however, I question if it was cleaned as there was still dust and marks that should have been easily removed, still on the interior.2 months agoI had a Paint correction recently done. He got what seemed to be his boss who then not only checked my vacuum, but the bigger vacuums as well. I felt bad he had to shut down all of the vacuums for a bit, but he found my bracelet! He went out of his way to help me find it, to which I am extremely grateful. 10/10 will recommend this place to everyone. 2 years agoSo we took my wife’s van in for an interior detail. They the van for 9 hours. When we got it back we were disappointed with the job they did. There was stuff still stuck to the seats that I could take off with my finger. They didn’t clean out the center console. Coffee still in the cup holders. They didn’t get the dirt out of the cracks and crevasses. She called and complained and told her to bring it back and they would fix it. When she did they wipe off the center console and it good. She was told by the owner she got her $195 worth. For that kind of money I should not have seen any dirt anywhere. In my opinion they are about quantity not quality. Not impressed for over $200. I haven’t gone to a detail shop yet that has giving me back my vehicle without the nasty crumbs, dirt & buildup around the cup holder etc. still food that my niece smeared on the leather seat & it stuck in the small holes that allow the leather to breath. The owner mentioned something about taking a toothpick to remove the build up… why would I have to do that when I thought that’s what I was paying for when I asked for a full inside. I can wipe down, vacuum & clean my own carpet in my vehicle! It is NOT hard! What we pay for is the extra build up over time or build up from when we purchased the vehicle from someone else to be removed. Idk I guess I expect a detail place to have the resources, cleaners & small tools & brushes that we would not have access to, in order to clean the vehicle properly. I still have sand literally visible around the vents, dashboard etc. from when I was caught in a bad storm at the beach last summer & couldn’t get my doors closed. I picked my vehicle up while dark & was able to see partially what was done. I’ve paid as little as $20 to now $200 & I am seeing no difference in services as far as the inside of my vehicle. A disappointment.

This car wash and company as a whole is just garbage. The majority of the time you go, the car wash is broken, and even when it is working, it has never once touched the grill or tailgate of my truck. When I tried to cancel, they told me the computer was down. When I called the 1-855 number, the computer sends you a text form to fill out and then no one gets back to you. Once I was finally able to cancel my membership, they told me I didn’t give 7 days notice, so they charged me $29.99. Stay away from this place, it’s as close to a scam as you can get without being legally in trouble for scamming people.
Going to give it 3 stars as of now. Have stuck with this car wash after all the issues when it was sold to Take 5. There have been a lot of issues and many have left and gone elsewhere because of mechanical and customer service problems. After awhile it has seemed to get better but as of late more issues have been popping up as far as things not working properly or broke. It has been weeks or months but nothing seems to be getting fixed. As I feel right now I am close to jumping ship also. If you want people to stay and use your business then changes need to be made.
Received a free wash with an oil change so I drove right over. The girl at the window couldn’t get the barcode to scan. She said sorry it won’t work. I told her I just came from there. She said well I don’t know, it won’t work. She put in zero effort. Apparently that’s ok in business now days. You’d think for the high coat of the oil change the least they could do is get me the free wash.
I purchased the monthly plan, so everytime, I come into MC I can get my truck washed. I also put a monthly plan on my car. The cleaning equipment works fine. The service towels, and cleaner outside is very nice
While my Dually would not fit their wash while I was passing through town, everyone was very nice and allowed me to use their great vacuums!
